If I could score zero points I would. Service never worked - ever. Set up at their end correctly so I am told yet despite my providing them with video evidence of the service not working from my BT supplied and operated phone, it was not their fault. A complete waste of time and don't expect a phone call back from them. Avoid like the plague would be my advice
I rent a number from No Missed Calls…
I rent a number from No Missed Calls that forwards to my mobile. Setup was easy enough and it’s pretty cheap. It just does what I need it to do really
We use them just for message taking…
We use them just for message taking when we can’t answer the phone. Messages come through by email and it’s been reliable. No problems to mention.

Added the live chat to our website through NMC earlier this year. Wasn’t sure how it would work at first but it’s actually been useful. They handle basic questions and pass the better leads over to us.

I was a client of no missed calls for quite a while and I have to say they do not know how to treat longstanding clients.
I used to be very happy with them, great operators, great management but my god what has happened over the last 2 years or so is beyond me. I don't know whether the company was sold or what but the operators are so bad, unprofessional, mistakes here there and everywhere, A LOT of missed calls (ironic given their name!) And to top that off they keep bumping their prices up with NO communication.
The good reviews suddenly on here must be paid, you'll see most below them are bad then suddenly weeks of great reviews.
It's a real shame. I found an alternative which is £1.20 per call, no mistakes and only £12 minimum spend, thank the lord i left!!

We signed up earlier in the autumn and the service has been consistent since. Calls are handled professionally and the information passed on is accurate. Happy to continue using it.

Started off great, agreed there would be a charge per call. Very happy. As time went on additional charges were added to our invoice without consultation. A 24hr answering charge we never asked for, a standard monthly minimum charge we never agreed to and a price per call increase we were never told about. This went unnoticed for months and when we approached them they were not interested. We will now be escalating the matter to retrieve the money they took without prior consent.

Poor Service, Poor Communication, and Unacceptable Price Increases
I’ve used No Missed Calls for over a year, and to be honest, the experience has been consistently disappointing.
From the very start, I struggled to get them to answer calls strictly between 8am–4pm, which is when my own business operates. Despite multiple requests, they continued taking calls outside those hours — something that must have looked strange to my clients but was completely out of my control.
Message taking wasn’t any better. There was never a set template, the notes were often rushed, incomplete, and generally felt like the bare minimum needed to say the call had been “handled”.
But the final straw was how they communicated their price increases.
They placed a vague message in the footer of an invoice email — something that goes straight into an accounting mailbox — saying prices were “changing next month”. No detail, no explanation, nothing clear. Only when I dug into it did I realise the increase wasn’t minor at all: it was a 127% rise. Not inflation, not added value, just a sudden and unexplained doubling of cost.
Then the invoice arrived, and unbelievably, not only had the base price jumped by 127%, but they had silently added a £25.50 charge for 24-hour cover. I never opted in to this. I never requested it. I never even saw a communication explaining it. Yet it had been added by default — taking my total increase to roughly 300% in a single month.
The irony? By charging for 24-hour cover, they effectively admitted they can control their call-handling window… which begs the question: why did they ignore my 8–4 request for an entire year?
When I challenged the new charge, I was simply told I could “opt out if I wanted” — despite never opting in. Luckily, I had already given a month’s notice before this charge appeared, so I cancelled the service, cancelled the direct debit, and only paid the reluctantly accepted 127% increase for my final month.
I tolerated the poor note-taking.
I tolerated the out-of-hours call handling.
But I wasn’t going to tolerate a 300% unannounced price increase and a complete lack of transparency.
Would I recommend them? No.
Would I return? Absolutely not.
It’s not a great service, and with these kinds of practices and pricing, I genuinely can’t see them lasting long. Hopefully they learn from this, communicate properly, and offer something acceptable to those who remain — because they certainly didn’t offer it to me.
Update 06/02/2026.
The company flagged my review as defamatory in an attempt to get it removed. Trustpilot upheld my review as not defamatory and rightly so. You cannot go about deleting reviews that you don’t like. You need to improve your service, communication and transparency about pricing - as mentioned by several other companies. Not very professional. Stay clear.

I came to look at the reviews as knew I couldn't be the only one, this company has gone downhill.
I was very happy with the service previously, ladies answering the phone were great, polite and well spoken, management were helpful, customers even told me how lovely the person who answered the phone was.
Now we are faced with bad lines, people who must be outsourced from abroad and cheap, management who don't get back to you, missed calls, the list could go on!
Sort it out No Missed Calls!!

Too many errors
I have been with No Missed Calls a while and the service has got worse and worse. The messages are not accurate, mispellings, incorrect telephone numbers (meaning I have to go through my call logs trying to find the correct information).
Every time I bring this up with them I get a reply saying they have spoken to whoever and will ensure it won't happen again but it does, which is the reason for this review.
They used to get a few incorrect here and there but recently it is constant. I will be cancelling due to this and their prices which will be increasing as I understand prices have gone up so wages etc go up too but if the service is getting worse how do you justify this???

Wanted to sign up, spoke to 2 nice enough ladies, but the information on pricing and information was all mixed up, giving different and didn't seem to know what they talking about. No clarity at all. Decided to sign up somewhere else

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. I used to panic about missing calls, especially when I was out and about, but now everything is covered and I get a full summary straight after. Huge help.
I have been a client for a number of…
I have been a client for a number of years and was happy with the service until this year. I don't know what has changed but the number of mistakes in messages and spelling is apalling. Even when you receive an email back after bringing up an error in a message the email back seems like it's been written so quickly and without thought and that (I assume) is from a member of management!
I am posting as anonymous as I am still a client and don't want any harm to come to my business by giving an honest review, but I am currently looking at alternative call answering options.
I hope this will also make the higher management team look into these errors

We have been working with no missed…
We have been working with no missed calls over a period of approximately 12 years. They are a wonderful resource to us, we do not need to place a dedicated receptionist in our office as they can handle the calls in a manner we specify. The service saves business owners the need to always be sat at their phones waiting for calls to come in and to have the confidence that all calls will be answered efficiently. I recommend this service 100%.

I’m really impressed with how quickly they action changes to our call handling procedure and how helpful and friendly the team is. It feels like working with a small business because everything is so personal and they really understand and take my business seriously. Great team all around.

NoMissedCalls has been brilliant for our business. The receptionists are always professional and the messages they take are clear and detailed which makes it so much easier to stay on top of things. I really like the payg pricing as well.... It's simple but works perfectly for what we need. Overall, been a reliable service and I'd happily recommend them.

Ironically they are called NO MISSED CALLS but miss lots of calls
They have new staff who are not up to standard and need to be trained better and charge for a 24 hour service which no other company does.
I will be giving my notice in the new year and changing provider
