Over Charged
I ordered an ebook which showed as £0 and £11.19 for delivery after going through the process and 100% not signing up for any add on I was charged £11.19 plus £37.29 I contacted them informing them and they would not refund luckly I paid on paypal and they refunded I will not be using their service
again.
I have a response to the reply I did contact them and they said they would not refund and gave me no explanation on why I had been overcharged

I feel that this time it seems like it will successful I have had a VERY Difficut time between menopause and losing weight I am so excited to receive my book and get started! Only issue I do have is that I purchased on their special April 1st tried several times to contact to advise that my bank had already paid during that promo but no one would listen and yes I wanted this so badly I just paid again a little disappointed but feel sure that this will work for me
