The continued development has ensured that clients can easily update their details, make payment via text or IVR and in turn allows us to place a lot of reliance on the system, as opposed to manually chasing missed payments. Dally and the team (especially Sam) offer quick and reliable support, including the production of new reports and data which has helped to identify patterns and improve payment rates.

I have to say i found the application process smooth and i did have some questions marks around how the integration would be into my shopify store. This was handled so well throughout and i have had a seemless transition. I originally moved from stripe to reduce my pricing but i have now got to say everything from the rates to the service out performs my previous bank. I get my money quicker and there team is always on hand to assist.

Very impressed with overall service so far. Setup/registration has been has been really simple and took no time at all to process the application. Integration was also extremely easy with detailed instructions, I was able to implement it in less than 10 minutes.

Probably the best Merchant Provider I have ever had the opportunity of dealing with. If you are with the likes of Cardnet or HSBC then you seriously need to think about changing to Total Processing. Fast and efficient service and they don't play games like the big banks. Keep up the great work!!
