We are really sorry that your order was delayed, we have double check that it was successfully delivered yesterday.
Due to it's international shipping from the UK and over here there have been many industrial strikes over the last few months, so we are really sorry that it had a huge impact on all outgoing parcels.

More than I bargained for!
Ordered a large ricetato and small ricetato. Was sent those as well as a couple greeting cards and some stickers that would come with the Christmas bundle that I hadn't seen when I ordered. Nice little touch that added to my experience.

A company that does care about its customers
My package seems now to have been lost in the black hole of UK Christmas shipping 2022. Despite my initial disappointment about this not being anticipated, this small company went the extra mile in terms of communication, and eventually a refund. I give them five stars as they convince me this is a company worth spending your money on. Just not when a country is gripped by industrial action because of an abysmal government. Dear Tim, We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment that your order has not arrived. Especially in the run up to Christmas, delivery times can be slower, and 2-3 weeks for the UK to the USA is a standard delivery time. Unfortunately, the situation with the industrial action in the UK has exacerbated the situation and affected delivery times to a much greater extent than anyone anticipated. As soon as the level of disruption became apparent, we tried to communicate this to our customers through multiple channels and we are sorry if this message wasn’t clear enough.
Under the current circumstances, we would normally ask you to wait a little longer for your order to arrive - we very much hope it will still reach you in time for Christmas - however, on this occasion, we have issued you with a refund- we share your frustration at this situation and as a small business there are a lot to learn from unforeseen situation and your feedback is valuable for us to improve in the future. Hope this is a satisfactory resolution for you. Best wishes for you and your family.
