Do NOT order from nooktee I did and was so disappointed my shirt came and the lettering was very faint and looked like the printer ran out of ink also you can barley read what the shirt says it's horrible I will NOT ever order from them again

I have bought a number of items from this company over the last few years and have always been delighted with my purchases. They offer excellent customer service and answered my query immediately. I had forgotten to add a discount code to my order and they kindly honored it when I contacted them.
Their clothing is stylish, good quality and reasonably priced. It was lovely to be offered a really cool belt for free with my recent order. I always receive compliments on the clothes I have bought from there. Thank you Nooki, I will be back and highly recommend you!

My item never arrived. Every time I try to email them or find their website it just comes up with error. Stay clear of this company .. a scam!!

Fabulous leopard print skirt. Great service. Ordered online and it came within a few days. Lovely quality as always. Would definitely recommend this brand. Just wish the shop was closer to me as would love to visit!

If I could rate zero I would. Item never turned up and now they won’t refund me. They’ve stopped replying to messages too. I can’t afford to lose money. Avoid at all costs.

Careful (!) if you are ordering from a European country! Since the Nooki Design website is not registered on IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) you will have to pay a lot of import taxes and VAT. In my case this doubled the price of a dress. Nooki Design lacks to mention this on their website, nor do they reply to emails.

I absolutely love Nooki! I’ve bought several items now and I always get asked where I get my clothes from. The online service is prompt, staff are always helpful and even better, they have a gorgeous shop in London if you want to shop in person. Would highly recommend if you want to treat yourself to something stylish that’s a bit different!

Nooki is always my ‘go to’ online brand. Guaranteed unique designs and always quick but personal service. Been lucky to get to store too when in London which is definitely worth the visit!

Awful customer service, took 3 months to receive a refund for an order & hardly any apology.

I bought a cashmere hoodie online from Nooki and called in advance of the purchase with a few questions. I had to later exchange the item for a different size. The item is perfect - great quality and exceptional price. Also the staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking them out

Nooki is one of my favourite shops, they have unique, beautiful, good quality clothing, accessories and shoes.
Delivery is super speedy and at the shop the staff is always welcoming with a smile on their face.

Beautiful, soft and fluffy scarf - can't wait to wear it.
But my biggest comment is for the service I received. The staff went the extra mile to get the scarf in the post on the same day, to ensure next day delivery, even though I was calling to place the order at 4.30pm.
