Exception service, from submitting order to receipt in Australia. Unbelieveable thankyou

I tried to cancel the order shortly after ordering the under cabinet lights. They kept giving me the excuse that they were on vacation. Then they asked me to stop sending emails because it would confuse them. I contacted PayPal and they're "investigating" the situation. I've asked for a full refund but they keep sidestepping me. Now I'm told my package was delivered...to Miami, Florida! I live in the middle of Ohio. Save your money and don't buy from these crooks. I'm not happy with PayPal either.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience. I tried to cancel my order shortly after placing it, but the company makes it incredibly difficult to get a response or reach customer service. They do not clearly state their location or business address, and their lack of communication is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from this store. Save your money and shop elsewhere

The online was completely misleading for what I received versus what was shown. These units sent work but are not what I was expecting and are also a lower quality than the units in the ad. I have the same ones shown in the ads so yes I know the difference.

I would rate a 0 if I could.
Bought the firming cream and it did nothing... absolutely nothing!! No firming happened, not even a little bit!
Don't waste your money trying it!!

As far as ordering or getting the product no complaints.
As far as the product itself, way over priced, cheaply made, and not near as big, as its made out to be, kinda like buying off of Temu, never as big as in the picture.

I have not received my product yet, but when the order was placed, there was a $15 charge added, as TAX! Sales tax (if it were appropriate) in my state is NOT 30%! I emailed immediately and was refunded the money; but the fact that they tried it? Shady. I wonder what Peter Thomas Roth would think about this company ripping people off under his brand?
