Unreliable, leave at least a month to receive
Really not good. I ordered this, they had an estimated day of shipping, which worked out with my plans. Those days go by and I had no confirmation. I tried to email using the one provided on Shop, which was wrong.
Once I’d found the email,I asked about my package to only find out that they had a technical issue with my order,yet they failed to let me know. Don’t get me wrong, the person I spoke to was lovely, just bad communication and can be misleading.

Brilliant customer service, would use again
I ordered a customised novelty mug and a photo mug. Mark worked patiently with me before I ordered to show me what the finished piece would look like. Once ordered, delivery was very quick. Thank you!

Best customer service ever experienced
The product is wonderful. The first package arrived damaged through no fault of the supplier. The customer service I received when contacting the seller about this was the best I have ever experienced. Prompt and polite reply and a new replacement item was sent immediately. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The teddy bear that I ordered was just lovely. It was an Easter present for my great grand -daughter. I found it extremely easy to order from Noons and the delivery was prompt. I would not hesitate to order from you again and will definitely recommend you to my friends.
