I love the clothes, ordered a jacket which I’m excited to get. Hopefully I will order more. It’s easy to navigate and I’m a new customer. Bit of a shame I was offered a 50% refund for a review of this company for a jacket I haven’t received yet.

I remain open minded. If my jacket doesn’t arrive I will be very very happy to write another review - no need for the refund Norawanders. Let’s hope you deliver on your promise!

Massive scam … avoid at all costs. No customer service, no valid tracking numbers, no response to multiple emails. No product has arrived. Reclaiming via my credit card company.

Ordered online, quick and easy order and payment, very pleased

This company advertised speedy dispatch from within the UK. But on dispatch you get a shipping link from China. I'm still waiting for my item. You also get a link bribing you for a partial refund if you leave a good review. So many consumer laws being broken here.

Stay way clear. Do not buy anything. I ordered two jackets. Badly made is understatement. The material was micro fibre same as cleaning cloths. No hems just overlocking. Absolutely disgusting. They need to be shut down especially when it uses Harrogate in its name. It don’t tell you it’s straight from china! And it states their office and shop is in Manchester. Massive warning here. It’s a scam!

The company has some excellent prices for customers and fantastic choices available to suit all budgets . A great shopping experience.

I ordered 2 longline zipped hoodies for wife, took nearly a month to receive them, when they eventually arrived they are of very poor quality, there isn't any zips in them, have emailed,no response, don't use company,it is a scam.

Easy to navigate through the page, choose, check and pay. The products are amazing, great quality and price. Easy to communicate through email. Amazing website

Who could resist that? Not many of us.

Its a scam website. I have already lost 35£ on this. I want to return their product owing to fitting issues but they have no mechanism for returns. The 30 day return policy mention on their website is a sham. Téléphone number given on website is fake. Emails arent responses. Beware and dont use it!!

The tops are unique and beautiful.

Ordered a cardi. It looked lovely on the website. Eventually it arrived. Quality was terrible. Emailed x3 and contacted customer service via their website to ask how to return it. No response at all. Terrible company, don't use unless you enjoy buying poor quality items that you can't return.

Ordering process was simple and efficient in that I was sent emails after the order was made
