Its to Italy Return Ctr even though is shipped from US center. So that's $95 minimum for back shipping. BeWARE.

Scammers. Ordered 34 inch trousers got 32inch so don’t fit.

Umpteen emails back and forth with the same bollox. Absolute frauds.

DO NOT BUY.

1- Trousers arrived late.
2- Trousers completely different from add.
3- 3 to 4 sizes smaller than advertised.
4- Tried to return and don't give you the full refund return address and hold you hostage. Back and forth with emails. Even getting nowhere with PayPal as they gave them a delivery date.
So don't purchase from them. Fake advertised products.

Ordered three pairs of the tactical trousers which were supposed to have a free gel included, took ages to arrive, when they had arrived the quality was nothing like the pictures or vids on their Facebook and instagram ads and minus th belt. also the ads promised free returns and exchanges. When I contacted customer support they then said buyer pays for the return of the items which needs to be returned to Italy. Do not buy if you think you will be getting any sort of quality.

I ordered the item and I received an item that was different from the photo and made of a plastic material that is NOT obsidian. I asked for my money back and they offered to refund me 25% of the price or send the item back.

Would give a minus score if an available choice.
Sunday August 24, 2025 I placed an order under the assumption I was buying from a sale at Nordstrom Department store. I even checked to see if I could return the items or if it was a final sale. It indicated full return .
When I added my Visa , and expected to get an email that Nordstrom had gotten my order — there was none. I immediately got a notice from my bank that I had made a purchase and that purchase appeared as Nodstroom .com.
I called Nordstrom and found they had no order from me. I called my bank and had to wait until the item was no longer pending to ask for help with I felt was a scam. I was told that it would not be called a scam because I had willingly put in my Visa information. I was told it was a company in the EU and they would look into it. I have not heard anything yet as to how I can get a refund.

garment looked good on website but was nothing like the picture and of poor quality

In April, I ordered a raincoat and a sweater from North Shore. The coat arrived a couple of weeks ago. It's made very well with good quality material - I love it! I received an email from a representative at North Shore explaining that the color of the sweater I had chosen had been sold out and asking me if I would like to choose another color. I did choose another one and she wrote back saying that my order had gone through. Not only that, when it had been shipped, she emailed me again giving me the complete tracking progress. I am totally impressed. Never before have I experienced this kind of customer service from any company from which I've purchased something on line. It's comforting to know that this is a company that I can rely on in future purchases.

I have used this company several times and they have been reliable. The jackets I purchased were excellent.
My only issue is the time it takes for delivery to Australia - usually 3-4 weeks. I have no idea why it takes so long.

I ordered a beige jumpsuit July 6th and received the order July 15 I was sceptical at first about this company, after reading negative reviews. But, Olivia kept sending email reassuring me that my order was on the way. The jumpsuit is very nice exactly as pictured lovely color style and fit I will be buying more clothing from this company thanks again Olivia for all your support m ascenzo

The items look well-made on the website but poorly made in person. The items do not have a materials content label or "made in" label and are of uneven fit. I will not be purchasing here again.

Update: I downgraded Nord-fashion’s rating from 2 stars to 1. Nord charged me twice for my order, identical charges about 10 hours apart on the same day. They duplicated shipping. I notified them of issue, asked them to send a return label for second set of items and to refund the second charge. The email chain is quite long. I sent photographic proof of the double shipment; three screen shots from my credit card account showing the duplicate charges with time stamps, and that no credit had been issued. According to Nord, they only show one charge. They refuse to believe me despite the evidence I provided, nor did they issue a return label. This whole process has wasted hours of my time for clothes I would not have purchased had I seen them in person. I certainly do not need two sets. Until Nord gets its shipping and accounting figured out, I could not recommend them under any circumstances. Regarding quality: The first dress to catch my eye had rave reviews on the website. It looks nice, but the fabric has a stiff hand, the serged seams are rough and it’s scratchy against the skin. The white blouse is completely see through. Out of five items (10 if you count the duplicates) only one is worth the price.

The item was as described and the company's follow up was very good--receipt of the merchandise was slow but expected in today's problem world of distribution
