I signed up for this. The result was ok, not great, but I didnt keep it up! The payment advice was not clear to me, and they tried to takec149.00 today.! I hope I have managed to stop that payment. I have now asked to be unsubscribed. IT WAS NOT CLEAR!

Disappointing experience from both product and customer service perspectives.

The course does not meet the expectations set by its presentation. The exercises lack structure, clarity, and depth, which significantly impacts the overall value of the program.

I reached out within 7 days of purchase after realizing these issues, but my refund request was declined based solely on policy, without meaningful consideration of the concerns raised.

While I understand that policies exist, a complete lack of flexibility in situations like this reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. If I could put 0 I would have do it!

I would encourage potential customers to carefully consider this before purchasing.

Le contenu de ce programme est franchement décevant. Les exercices sont mal conçus, sans profondeur et donnent l’impression d’un travail fait à la va-vite. On est très loin de ce qui est promis.

Le service client aggrave encore la situation : demande faite dans les 7 jours, refus immédiat avec une réponse standard et rigide. Aucune réelle écoute, juste une politique appliquée mécaniquement.

On a clairement l’impression que l’objectif est de garder l’argent plutôt que de satisfaire les clients.
Si j'avais pu mettre 0 je l'aurais fait.

TOTAL SCAM!!!Avoid this company at all costs. It’s a scam. Do not give them any personal information. You will be conned out of £80 per month if you do not cancel. The transparency is appalling and product is clearly not valued at £80 per month. More like £5. You will not be refunded so be very careful. I have sought resolution for weeks to no avail. I will be filing a report to the financial ombudsman and my bank.

I wish I read the reviews before! Total scammers! Whatever you do, do not sign up!!! Intitially paid £15.80 for a month, thought I'd try it. Without any notice saying my 30 days were up, an app where it is impossible to see how many days left before renewal and then an £79.11 charge for the next month!! Had it been the £15.80 I'd have though 'OK, fair enough' but £79.11??!! Emailed them on the day the money was taken to be told that it cannot be cancelled!! Every other company gives you a grace period by not these scammers! The yoga itself is just written instructions while a person is doing it, can't elarge, would have preferred if someone talked me through it. Made no difference after a month! Whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN UP!!

I’m appalled at the lack of Information and support for a refund from Nord Yoga after I noticed £79.11 taken from my account when I only ever agreed to a 4 week trial.
I was so stunned I automatically reported it as fraud to my bank account who are currently looking into it - and I have now forwarded them this link listing so many similar complaints against Nord Yoga confirming for me that is not an ethical way to conduct a business.
I now have the inconvenience of my bank card being replaced to prevent Nord Yoga from taking any further money out my account.
I received a reply from a Nord Yoga junior agent who confirmed that my unrequested subscription was now cancelled - and apologised for their “surprising charge” -
followed by a further email refusing to reimburse me £79.11, saying their “decision is final”.
The list of negative reviews on here sum them up completely as a scam, with no clear ethics and an unprofessional approach that’s not acceptable.
I see other customers recently have at least been asked to send their order details - I assume for a subscription none of them actually agreed to order.
After this Shocking experience I can only be thankful for TrustPilot for showing every similar poor review here - highlighting the need for this to be addressed.
And the only way Nord Yoga can start to ‘review’ their business and it’s reputation is by handing back reimbursements when they are requested - and clearly due!

Very inspiring

Absolutely fraudulent company! I strongly advise anyone to avoid signing up with this company. Bought a 4 week plan only and did not agree to any further subscription, yet, after thé 4 weekend ended they withdrew £79.11 from my bank account without my consent. It didn’t even appear in my app or in my app subscriptions so have no idea what they charged me for! When I emailed customer support asking for them to refund the amount, I only got an email back saying that my 4 week plan had now ended. I have contacted my bank and they have raised a dispute. I advise anyone else who has found themselves in a similar situation to do the same.

The site is ok but you are bombarded with other aspects of what’s on offer and I ended up confused.
I would advise people to avoid Nord Yoga. The billing is not transparent enough and I was billed £79.99 for a whole further subscription (I’d already paid for one before) when I had already paid £15 for an extra month. Refund was refused and I was directed to the small print. So in all I’ve spent a couple of hundred pounds for very little and feel ripped off. I would suggest people look to the other facial exercise sites of which there are many and avoid Nord Yoga unless you don’t mind shameless profiteering.

Constant sales pitch. I don’t want automatic renewal to anything.

Will try this face yoga. Hope it works for my age.
