Love the coffee
Love the coffee. We usually get it directly at the store in Copenhagen but I decided to order it for once to try. Just a little disappointed by the long shipping time (8days) - it might be easier just to get it directly at the store next time.

Great Beans, Subscription and Company
The coffee beans are excellent, the staff are knowledgeable without being snobby and the subscription setup is really easy and well priced.
The shop has some cool gear and there is a small area where you can work and have a coffee or grab some beans to take home.

Amazing place
Simply amazing costumer service, and coffee! I started my espresso journey here with these guys and gals, and man, I am so glad that I started with them. They have always been so helpful, always taking their time to answer the dozens of questions I had and never once did they decide to end the conversation. They’re filled with love and passion for coffee while being environmentally and ethically conscious with their selection of coffee farms. The beans are always high quality. Costumer service is always on point. All in all, with their subscription-based services, I am thankful, grateful and pleased that I receive my coffee monthly and delivered straight to my door! Don’t hesitate to try this place out. Only constructive feedback I would give would be to perhaps open up an actual coffee shop! I, for one, would definitely visit it quite frequently!

Thanks for your feedback Ioannis. We are glad to hear that you liked the coffee. Sorry for the waiting time, We always try to deliver our coffee as fresh as possibile. That is why it might take up to one week to produce and deliver it to our customer. Damaged product, bad delivery
Unfortunately I received a damaged product and delivery was very bad. It was supposed to be a New Year's gift but I received it only on 3rd of January.

Hi, thanks for dropping your review. Even though is not funny to read, we attach a lot of value to all of feedbacks regardless of the number of stars attached. Indeed, we do believe these help us to improve our service.
We are deeply sorry that you received your produce late. However, like all e-commerce we rely on shippers when we send out our products. We did a bit of investigation with the transporter GLS and they admitted a lot of delays due to congested Christmas time. The item was sent the day after you placed the order. It is annoying but also quite common that a delivery across Europe takes up to 10-12 days if these are the last days of the year. Thanks to your feedback we we learn to make sure that our customers will be informed of possible Delays. Regarding your damaged parcel, again is not our fault as it might have been damaged during prolonged transit time. You are welcome to email us and we are happy to send a return label, so that we can replace the item. Thank you for your understanding.

Varen afsendes først 3 dage efter beløbet er trukket, og varen blev sendt til pakkeboks istedet for direkte til adressen. Ikke mulighed for at stoppe abo sitet, men de tilbyder dog at stoppe manuelt.

Vanvittig god kvalitet
Vanvittig god kvalitet. MEN, leveringen tog lige lidt for lang tid, bestilte søndag og bønnerne kom fredag. Hvis i bare havde skrevet at det var fordi kaffen skulle ristes havde det være 5 stjerner!
