I wrote to support twice asking for size information and conversions on a product. The first response sent half of a size chart, no conversion. The second response was that they carried standard sizes and that the size chart was on the product page. So glad I looked for reviews before I went any further.

They sent too small of shoe size. I asked for return label but they offered 75% discount on another product. This company is a scam.

UPDATE: I filed a dispute with our credit card company and got my money back!

Total scam, terrible quality, cheapest polyester, was supposed to be textured but is actually see-through. Online photos do not represent the item that was actually sent. Item had no material or care labels which is illegal in USA.

Return policy is a pretense - it is complicated and expensive ($30 for a light weight, thin item). They obviously are not interested in repeat customers. Their business model is hit and run - total scam - stay away!

To report them to the FTC just google HOW TO REPORT FRAUD TO THE FTC.

This is the worst online service I have ever experienced.

The so called leather Jacket I purchased was not leather at all it was Polyester blend. secondly, the jacket on website was not the Jacket I received it was different in many ways. also the claim no hassele 30 day return policy. requested a return refund and they said this item had a no return on sale item. which was not true. this was not on the website not return on this sale item. ask for a refund and they offer a 75% credit towards another purchase what a joke. I showed the Pictures of the so called Leather Jacket (not) along side of the Pictures of the jacket advertised and the said it was the same Jacket it was obviously not. false advertising. stay away from this company at all coast. LF

This company markets US brand items, but they are not the same size, material, or real version of what you might like. Furthermore, their items have defects, such was the jumper I bought. The big hassle is, if you want to return anything, it has to be shipped to China. So, overall a headache and not a good place to buy from.

Do not purchase from these people. Poor quality. It ships directly from China.
I ordered a men’s large on an item and received a women’s large. I was told that they were correct in their shipping.
If I wanted a refund, I needed to pay for return shipping to China.
Avoid the trouble and shop from a reputable online company.

SCAM - clothes from China- NO return policy - you have to pay for shipping which will cost more than the item. Beware!!!

I ordered an XL sweatshirt. Upon receiving the sweatshirt 2 weeks after I ordered it, I was very disappointed. The sweatshirt I received was probably a small. There’s no way I could ware what they shipped me.

Nordisk-Flair's products are not as they appear on their website. Quality is poor and sizes were not accurate. I purchased 2 dresses from them.
Package took 2 weeks to receive. I was not aware the products were coming directly from China.
No domestic return locations. I will not plan to do business with this company again.
They offered a 75% store credit and told me to keep the items that I didn't want. I asked for a full refund. I was told that I needed to return the dresses back to China in order to receive a full refund.
The cost to send the products back to China was double the cost of the dresses. This experience does not deserve one star.

Order took 3 weeks - and only one item arrived. It was WAY TOO SMALL!!
Chinese label. When I e-mailed the company, I was told by “Leigh” that I could reorder up to 75% of the cost of my order. I accepted that - realizing that I could not trust the sizes! and asked for information as to how to handle this “reorder”
No response.
And meanwhile, I’m still waiting for the second item in my order - over 4 weeks ago!
I spent over $100 for these 2 items!
I wish I’d done my homework.

Poor quality, terrible chemical odor, running too small. It's impossible to get a refund due to their "policy", which says that it's not their mistake or the item is on sale. In fact, they are all on sale. This "company" is complete SCAM. Avoid

Ok first it was not made clear until order placed that item was coming from Hong Kong. Have been a medium all my life. Item arrived way too small. Just wrote for support, but reading the reviews (too late);I am not expecting a positive outcome. I really feel cheated as a senior . Sigh

The photo on the website looked like nice clogs, "Scandanavian inspired". They took nearly a month to get from China. They turned out to be cheap bedroom slipper-type footwear. Be very careful if considering a purchase.

Item never ship supposed to got shipping label and stopped

Dårlig service, dårlig vare. Skjorterne lignede overhoved ikke dem på billedet. Man kan ikke refundere varene. Da jeg bad om pengene tilbage kunne jeg få et gavekort til en af deres forretninger. Jeg føler mig snydt. De udgav sig for at være et Dansk firma. Hold jeg lang væk fra det firma!

Det er en kinesisk firma som gemmer sig under skandinavisk navn og adresse i Holland. Dametøj jeg har bestilt og betalt leveret næsten efter 1 måned. Tøj svar ikke foto på hjemmesiden. Meget dårlig kvalitet og complete ubrugelige. Umuligt at få refunderet.

Brought a khaki color shirt from this company DKK 356.00 and received a light grey.
Quality is crap (cheap) compared to the price paid.
Contacted the company which come with the following statement basically telling me that I am a liar.
Don’t shop hear !!!!! It’s a scam big time.

We did send a follow-up previously confirming that the correct item had been shipped based on your order details. According to our records, you selected the color Khaki when placing the order, which is why we sent you the Khaki item—not the gray one shown in the photo you sent us.
I understand how it can be confusing, especially when product images can look slightly different depending on lighting or screen settings. If you believe the item you received is not what you intended to order, we’ll be more than happy to find a solution for you.

Hvis du skal sende dine varer retur og have refunderet din betaling, skal varen sendes til deres lager i Kina, hvilket er meget dyrt, og for mit vedkommende koster det mere, end det produkt, jeg har købt. Man får ikke at vide, at det skal sendes til Kina, med mindre man læser det med småt under returreglerne. Jeg fik en frakke, der trods det, at den var størrelse XL, er meget for lille, men jeg kan ikke bytte den til en større størrelse, hvis jeg skal betale for at sende den Kina! Så jeg brænder inde med en frakke, jeg ikke kan bruge!

The goods come from China which is not made clear when ordering. If goods to be returned they have to be returned to China, which costs more than the actual product.
The product does not suit the size chosen and the quality is soo poor.
