Being a customer of this company, I would highly recommend them. I got three Christmas smells to make the flat smell gorgeous. My favourite was Enchanted Forest (which you could use all year) it’s such a beautiful smell. I also loved A Merry Morning which I will use only at Christmas 🎄 Christmas Spice was a lovely smell but personally I found it a little strong but that’s just a personal preference. Bad packing the box was taped to the advent calendar with the weight of the box smashed the calendar so I had to go out and buy one as it was a present for my Daughter.

Ordered 3 items all for a birthday gift.. no arrival no comes.. took 3 separate emails from me and 1 from my husband to get a reply.. was told due to item selected calendar, then would be dispatching mid November.
Then after questioning this was told item would be despatched that weekend. Then received another reply saying it would be end of the following week!!. It Then took a full 5 days after this to receive the item.. the calendar was so poorly wrapped in plastic that when I opened it.. most of the doors had burst open due to poor packaging and the lovely royal mail mishandling.. As the whole idea of an advent calendar is to open each day to be presented with a surprise.. the Fach most doors already open so therefore this defeated the object.. This whole order from start to finish has been an absolute disgrace.. from none to emails clearly contradicting the last.. to very late delivery to an item so badly damaged.. I had to whole heartedly apologise to the recipient for the state of the gift.. my advice firstly save your money the advent calendar is both poorly made, and secondly when despatched is in such fragile state.. don't expect an advent that keeps on giving to be supplied.. and secondly as this supplier gets busier... their quality, promises and reliability will be very very sketchy to none existent.. stress none of us need at this time of year... avoid

I was disappointed in the length of time that my order took to arrive, as I had ordered as a gift.. and it was late.. I can order from abroad and it comes quicker.. so not a happy shopper this time

The items were delivered complete and nothing was broken. I have used this company before and will use them again.

Popped up high on Google search, lots of 5 star reviews. Discount to shop instantly popped up to use. Only reason I haven't given the full 5 stars is, I haven't experienced the full service in the post and tried the product I've ordered. But so far so very good!
