I ordered the luxury car diffuser and some wax melts after Norfolk Aromas was recommended to me by a family member.

All that I can say is that I am absolutely delighted with the products and they smell is divine. I love the way that I can control and top-up the car diffuser to my liking and the added bonus is less waste going to landfill.

Highly recommend anyone with a love of nice smells supporting this local Norfolk business.

I ordered 3 aroma lamps and a wax melt as Christmas gifts. I received a package with only 1 aroma lamp. I contacted norfolk aromas straight away as I assumed there must have been a warehouse error. Norfolk aromas replied to say they had taped 2 packages together for transit. Obviously this was a rather questionable way to send the parcel as predicabley the parcel has either become detached in transit or royal mail have taken the opportunity to steal them. Norfolk aromas have refused to send me my items or refund my money, and basically accused me of stealing them myself. They have said they will not do anything and that I should submit a claim to Royal mail. I am unable to submit a claim as I am not the sender, but Norfolk aromas are refusing to submit a claim themselves. As a seller surely they must accept that these things will happen occasionally, but to expect the customer to take the hit is unacceptable. I am very angry and disappointed. Not only did it ruin my Xmas present plans, I am out of pocket by £30. Terrible way of treating customers.

So happy to have found this company, amazing products, always keep you informed of order status and omg the little vacuum fresh discs are divine! The rhubarb one is the best thing I've smelt in ages and it gloriously billows from my shark corded upright, makes my house smell like a sweet shop! Could not recommend more ❤

Like heaven in your house! I ordered a sample wax selection of the halloween fragrances and the scent throw is incredible, really high quality products! In addition Andrew was really helpful in offering practical suggestions on how to change the wax melts easily in the burners i also purchased! Thanks! will definitely be back for more!
