SCAM! Stay away from this company and buy elsewhere... Ordered a pair of shoes which did arrive alright, but the size was completely off compared to general standards. I returned the shoes, but here months later I'm still awaiting my refund. The company does not respond to any customer inquiries I send them.. Not by mail, not by contacting online.. No responses at all!! Never buy anything from this company

Great shoes, but as seems a common complaint weak import process and really poor customer service. They submitted the wrong value for the customs invoice, so I was overcharged by the shipping company, then took weeks to respond to a request for a new invoice, while never actually producing one. Despite the good product I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

Comfortable and classy. Every day I wear them several people tell me they like my new shoes. Loving them!

I had the Classic Charcoal Grey shoes and I liked it very much so I ordered one of the breathable shoes too. The same quality, good look and truly breathable. I love this too! 👍

Had to pay VAT 2x times. First in the webshop on purchase. Then a second time when the shoes came to Norway.
I’ve written to North-89 customer service about this now a number of times since summer, but they have never followed up. They just simply stopped answering.

6 months later I have yet to get a refund for the additional VAT charge or even a response.

I’ve also tried to contact them about changing shoe size. Zero response there also.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes as Christmas gifts and am still trying to return a pair but after 5 emails to the only 2 emails they publish, I am still waiting for them to reply. This is the same issue everyone on here says the same thing - zero response from them!

J’ai offert une paire de chaussures à mon père pour Noël sur recommandation d’un ami, et elles sont superbes !
Elles sont d’après lui très confortables, se portent aussi bien en journée qu’à une soirée un peu plus chic.
L’envoi a été soigné et rapide.
Nous recommanderons des paires assurément !

Purchased some of the Court range and then needed some help adjusting my order. The North 89 support team were responsive and helpful, making the change and shipping to Australia with ease. A pleasant experience which gave me the confidence to purchase again.

Super comfortable and good looking sneakers. Also the suede feels very soft. These shoes are ideal for sailing and also to wear casually.

Die Qualität meiner Roamer MT Black (Water-resistant) ist wirklich miserabel. Ich habe die teuren Schuhe (250€) mittlerweile 4x reklamiert und bekomme keine Rückmeldung mehr.

Pre-ordered shoes on the 5th of October. Received various email that production/shipping was delayed. Finally the shipping date arrived, but nothing yet. I've emailed them various times but no response.

terrible quality for a pair that cost more than 200 euros. After using them once a week within a year, sole is detached on the front side, not water proofed from the get go... customer servie is inexistant...

Oseriöst företag. Tog betalt för varorna men leverade aldrig. Efter 5 veckor mailade jag till kundtjänst och fick vänta 9 dagar för att få svar på mina frågor och avbryta ordern. Avrådes

I returned the item as it didn't fit. You pay for the return postage out of the refund, and they send you an email saying that once the item is received in their warehouse, it can take 14 business days for a refund. They received my shoes on August 29, 2024. As of October 3, I still haven't received the refund. Either extremely bad processes or they have stolen my money.

The shoes are of high quality but the customer service is non-existent. I've tried reaching out 3 times to return my shoes but haven't gotten a response yet.

Order a pair of linen shoes 28th July to Switzerland but there was a glitch in their system with my model and size being sold out, I asked for another color and got that within a few days.

The previous shoes ordered in 2021 are great but it’s not a large company and when things get wrong there will be delays. The shoes that arrive hold same nice feeling as 2021 pairs that I got. No2 linen indigo is the model that I got.

Unsere bezahlte Ware im Wert von über 600 Euro wurde nicht geliefert. Trotz Eidesstattlicher Versicherung bei DHL reagiert North89 nicht. Der Kundenservice reagiert gar nicht auf unsere Emails. Selbst auf den Vorschlag, den Schaden durch einen entsprechenden Warengutsschein zu beseitigen, wird nicht reagiert.

Fraud. I have purchased a pair of shoes from North-89 by 2nd of June 2024. Money was withdrawn 4th of June 2024 but I have never received the shoes.

After several written contacts to the company I only heard from them once with the reply that they would investigate and come back. 2 weeks later I have still not heard from them. I have asked them to refund my money which they have not replied.

Don’t buy any thing from them.
