This North&Muse is a Joke
This North&Muse is a Joke! An Asian scamming joke. Don't order anything from them. I ordered supposedly leather high end orthopedic beige boots size 10 and they sent me cheaply made vinyl size 9. Not even worth $5.00 and spent over $50.00. They have absolutely no orthopedic insoles at all. They appear to be made for a Halloween costume for children. That's how pathetic these are made. Advertised way beyond what they appear as. It's my own fault. I should have looked at the other reviews on this sight or I wouldn't have fallen for this scam.

I wouldn’t give them one star. They are A Asian scam - they send you garbage clothing made in China and pretend to be a Canadian Brand.
You will not be impressed, you will be ripped off and please please share as we need to be protected from these horrible people.

Do not shop with this company.
I placed an order with them nearly 8 weeks ago and still have not received it. After lots of back and forth emails with the customer service team in which I asked for a refund for the missing items, they eventually admitted that it was lost. They informed me that they had sent out a replacement order after I had explicitly asked them for refund (I no longer wanted or needed the order, having had to buy replacement items for a vacation) and they refused to honour my request for a refund. I have little faith that this replacement delivery will arrive, and feel pretty sure that I have been scammed.
