I would avoid this company at all costs. The item I received was not as described. I ordered a cashmere cardigan and received a 100% polyester effort that wasn't the same design. Despite around 20+ emails, the company refused to cover return postage. I only received a refund after opening a dispute through PayPal, the company itself did not offer an acceptable resolution. It felt like robots were thrashing out the same rhetoric time after time. They wanted me to pay £18+ to return them wrongly sent item to China. Avoid.

Item didn’t match images shown, absolutely horrible customer service, refund means that the customer covers the return shipping cost which is absurd.

My order no.5062 of 10.6.26 has not been delivered yet. My email to them remains unanswered. It seems I have lost $ 44.99 paid for the product.

Fortunately I was able to retrieve £30 of the £37 I paid as I went through PayPal
In hindsight I'm annoyed at myself as looking back onto the site after purchasing it's very clear it's a scam site. If you value your money steer well clear of the chancer website

Ordered linen but received polyester instead, and the cut/fit is very poor. To make matters worse, the item arrived with no return label included. This effectively leaves you responsible for expensive return shipping, especially as the supplier is based in China. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would avoid.

Ordered the Capri Linen outfit. Paid £52.
A bargain if it was wearable. But no….
It took a full month to arrive. Tried to call, nobody answered. Sent a mail, no reply.
The outfit is made of some kind of light nylon silky fabric, FAR from the Italian linen advertised. It’s terribly cut and sewn, the trousers are see through. I won’t even wear it as a pyjama. Pffff
Last time I order something online that’s not a known brand.
Shame on you North Vale Clothing, that’s stealing money from honest people.

Terrible company/seller
Items eventually received however none matched the items I ordered. Ordered cashmere over shirt.... received grey marl sweatshirt with a personalised advert printed on the rear and on contacting seller they said items matched the order!! Have offered a full refund on returning items however have failed to provide shipping address at this stage!

Do not use this Company. Pictures online do not in anyway represent what arrives - completely deceptive. Disappointed with a very cheap version of what was advertised. Ridiculous return policy - will never use this company again

Do not be fooled. I order what was meant to be a thick cotton fleece, and it is paper thin nylon. Utter trash and I wouldn't be seen wearing it. Will ask for refund and will update here.

Total scam. Got the item but cheap,lower quality knock-offs. No response on return request. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Still haven't received the item I purchased for nearly 2 weeks now, no customer support available their support email is not legit.. they have all my details... wondering why they still allowed to advertise..

SCAM!!! This company is a scam. It is not a Canadian company or even a North American company. It is a cheap Chinese scam. Does not provide luxury items but same cheap stuff you can get on sites like Temu for way less money. It is the same company that was formerly called Maple Montreal and Toronto Elegance before that. Do not get sucked into this.
