Great quality knife (Loki), very well made. Nice and heavy, sturdy handle, weighted and balanced. I did assume they’re a U.K. company, but they’re based in China. Shipping took a while and I did receive a confirmation that the knife had been delivered to my address, which wasn’t the case. Queried it, this can happen once arrived in the U.K., delivery status can get a bit ahead of itself - however, communication from customer service was faultless. A very well received present.

I have been looking for a good quality bbq knife for a while, and seen these ones on the internet and thought I'd give it a try. I wasn't disappointed as these knives are really good quality and very well made. Add in the lifetime warranty you can't go wrong. And to this point I have ordered 7 of their knives and not been disappointed with any of them.
I would definitely recommend.

I ordered 3 knives after positive comments from a good friend of mine. I wasn't disappointed! The knives came after a couple of weeks and were presented exceptionally well. They look great, are sharp and make an excellent addition to my growing collection. I was that impressed, I've ordered 4 more and am looking forward to receiving those.

Bought as a birthday gift for my partner he kept dropping hints about the feather knife! He was over the moon with it, the detailing is fantastic along with the craftsmanship and the packaging was also really nice, comes with a care guide too which is super helpful. So I guess now we will be placing many more orders to build up a collection of others that he has been eyeing up! Had to reach out once just to enquire about delivery tracking but response was quick and helpful! Many thanks and keep up the great work!

Amazing website that gives the impression that the knives are handmade by craftsmen in the U.K. or Europe. When in fact they are made in and shipped from China! Packaging is branded to the company but in fact you can buy the same knives cheaper on Amazon. I am well disappointed and will NOT be buying anymore from this website. When the knife arrived it wasn’t even sharp, the leather sheath is not real hand made quality either.
It’s borderline a con/scam!

Absolutely shocking. first knifes never turned up. second set stopped at customs and returned to sender. third set still not arrived. ordered in february!!!

Knife was absolutely beautiful and my partner loved it but the shipping was about awkward with some updates but took a bit longer than advertised but that can be how shipping is with that said great knife worth the wait

Orederd a bjorn kitchen knife .absolute amazing sharp knife .it has replaced atleast 4 of my normal kitchen knifes .cuts through raw meat like butter .amazing customer services and satisfied delivery but be patient

As an 87 year old male who does all of the cooking in our house I appreciate decent tools in the kitchen.
I saw the Northern knife advert and decided, after a few doubts, to go ahead and purchase the Loki knife. One of my better decisions! The knife was held up in customs and after a little back and forth I finally got my knife. I can honestly say that this is by far the best knife of my considerable collection, well balanced, extremely sharp and it cuts through meat as easy as anything.
I have used it to cut up a shoulder pork joint and also frozen Monkfish which cut up as if it was thawed.
If you have any doubts about buying a Northern Knife product all I can say is go for it, I am sure you won't be sorry.

It took approximately 2 weeks for my knives to be delivered, once I received the knives I can only describe the knives as being brilliant. As a chef I use them every day and have no complaints regarding the knives.

Ordered the every cut bundle, arrived very well packaged and really quickly, over the moon with them, the quality is outstanding and they look very classy in their own boxes, would order the matching sheaths to go with them to protect them as they are extremely sharp

The knife looks good so far but the customer service is absolutely shocking, I went back and forth numerous times for help and not one person was helpful. Really disappointed.

I brought the ragnar knife for my dad's birthday gift! It was a lot bigger than I expected , looks really cool. Came in a really nice case too. My dad is really happy with it. The only down side was how long it took to arrive, almost 4 weeks!

Loki knife is terrible. First use destroyed the blade. Advertise as an out door knife that can cut through bone. Destroyed the blade first time it encountered one. No way they can supply this many ‘hand forged’ knives.
