I started using Super Cedar Firestarters a few years ago and really like them because they light quickly, and get a good fire going quickly. I found them online through Northline Express. Northline Express ships quickly and ordering is easy. I will remain a customer for years to come.

The product took forever to arrive. Once I figured out I couldn’t use the part, tried to return it but it was more than 10days since I received it so couldn’t return it.
Now I’m stuck with a $105 dollar part I don’t need.

This company sells you stuff they dont have in stock...even though their website says they do. Big deal if you're trying to get a job done quickly...Now you have to spend time going to ups to return everything.

The product I purchased was useless. Unfortunately they do not accept returns for it, so I was stuck regretting the purchase.

I really could have uesed a bigger fireback ..I gave them the dimensions
So just smaller than I could have used.

But it worked really well.

I bought this as a present for my husband who likes to start fires in our fireplace, but struggling with a small bellow from Amazon. This one blows out the competition (excuse the pun!)! The twin valve and larger size make great gusts of wind. The workmanship is beautiful. This should be a family heirloom! Highly recommend.

The rep was able to pull up an old order and knew the right product I needed to accomplish my task. Took the guess work out of it. Very happy with the quality of product that was shipped.
