This company is completely unreliable and won't help me with a refund. I have threatened to report them to the Trading Standards. They are asking me to take a credit voucher for the website, and upon declining, they have said I need to return the item to China despite their company being registered in the Netherlands. They don't even have a way / method of returning the item so I am now a bit stuck.

Terrible experience, ordered a skirt which was described as leather it was absolutely rubbish no label inside and material of really poor quality arrived 2 weeks later after order as came from China asking for a refund is a nightmare just automated messages

Do not use this company. Shoddy goods made and shipped from China. Paid £35for a pair of sheepskin gloves reduced in sale. Nowhere did it say not uk based!
Now they are refusing to cover return costs and refund.

Been speaking with customer services who are trying to talk me out of the return and refuse to pay return postage to CHINA.
As soon as I realised the goods were being shipped from China I contacted to say refund.
The photo on the website in no way represents the actual item received. If I could add photos to this I would.

Appalling service. Avoid this company. Paid £60 for a dress. When it arrive the material was cheap and the design was not as described. I immediately asked for a refund but before they would generate a return label they insisted on a photograph. Then they gave me options; store credit, 10% partial refund but keep the cheap rubbish item or return. BUT I have to pay for the return to china and they can’t guarantee it’ll arrive or that I’ll get my money back. Appalling service avoid at all cost. Cheap awful material.

This website is a complete scam,avoid it at all costs. The products shown on the site are nothing like what you actually receive. Additionally, the return process is a nightmare, as returns are sent to China, and this crucial detail is not clearly stated anywhere on the website. You would naturally expect returns to be handled within your country or region, but that’s not the case. The shipping costs to China are exorbitant, often matching the price of the product itself, making returns pointless. 

While I might consider returning a faulty product and they should bear returen cost , they will refuse to admit any fault, further confirming that this is a scam. Overall, I strongly advise against purchasing from this site.

I have already contacted your customer service team and requested that they reach out to customs to resolve the issue. However, they were uncooperative and claimed that it is not their responsibility, stating that it is my problem to resolve.

Given that the shipment is in China and under the name you provided, it would make more sense for your team to contact customs directly to sort this out. This situation raises my suspicions that this may be a scam, especially since there appears to be a reluctance to make any effort to resolve the issue and avoid refunding the payment despite me doing everything you have request and sending it back , no mentioning bearing the high shipment cost .

The quality of the clothes is really bad! Sizes are wrong and material despicable.

Bought a dress for £40, full price is £75, not even worth £5!! It took over a week to arrive. Very cheap material and sizing is all wrong. Ordered a large as in size 14/16 and it’s huge. Label says L/12! Tried to return but you’ve to email them to request this and then they offer a store credit or 20% back. After multiple emails back and forth I eventually got send the address which is in China. No mention of this on the website. What it does say is postage paid by buyer but doesn’t mention returning to China. It’s going to cost over £20 to send back. Also on website it’s says 10 days for refunds but when you email them they tell you to expect a delay of 4-6 weeks! Guess this is how they are making their money! Wish I’d read the other reviews first. Absolutely shocking that they are getting away with this.

I ordered a skirt that took longer than expected to arrive, and when it finally did, I was extremely disappointed. The quality was appalling—cheap fabric, badly creased, and nothing like what was advertised.

Trying to arrange a return has been a frustrating experience. The company expects customers to cover the cost of international shipping to China, which is not clearly stated anywhere on their website. You’d reasonably expect returns to be handled within your own country or region, but that’s not the case here.

They offered me either a 20% refund to keep the item or store credit, but I have no confidence in ordering anything else from them. The cost of shipping the item back is nearly the same as the product itself, making a return completely impractical.

I’ve spent far too much time going back and forth with customer service, and I’m left with a product I can’t use and can’t realistically resell. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I placed an order and then panicked after reading the reviews so cancelled my order. In fairness to the company, they got back to me immediately and I received a refund within 2 days. So perhaps not all bad.

Warning this company is a Chinese drop shipper. Items are very poor quality and not as the website images. Refund and returns are impossible

Amazing how they reply on Trustpilot but they can not reply on email 👍 I have e mailed Northstyle 8 times but they refused to provide a UK returns address.

They refused in 8 emails to provide a UK return address or a refund. It is uk law that companies must provide a local return address. I contacted my bank and made a section 75 claim, I used the email chain as evidence, my bank refunded the money in 2 days. Don't accept their offers or try to return goods to China, simply contact your bank and make a Section 75 claim for a full refund.

I wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered a pair of shorts, they arrived and looked nothing like the image. When I tried to return them they said I had to send them to China and pay the return postage myself, even though they sent me the wrong item.

Absolutely shocking, please do not buy from here. All of the 3 star reviews below are also clearly fake

Complete scam of a company. Ordered a blazer dress. And what I was sent was a complete different design to the website. Paid £50 for some 99p garbage from China. Avoid this company at all costs. Miss marketing and reported to financial ombudsman.

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from this company. I placed an order including a blouse and two dresses in different sizes. One item was never delivered, and the others didn’t fit, so I reached out for a return and refund — well within the return window.

Despite multiple emails over several weeks, I received delayed, inconsistent responses, and eventually was ignored entirely. I was then told I could only have store credit (even though I didn’t want to keep the items), and that shipping costs for any new order would be deducted from that credit. At no point was I offered a proper refund or even a clear resolution.

I made every effort to return the items on time, and the lack of communication from their side has left me extremely frustrated. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Still waiting for a refund — or even a reply.
