Norwex you should be ashamed of yourselves. The spirinett replacement is a joke. I spent a half hour watching videos trying to change the spirinett. A simple kitchen scrubber. I found that it requires a handyman. I threw mine away. Not worth the trouble. A screw and a whole lot of baloney. Ridiculous. Next time I will buy something disposable at the grocery store because that is what I overpaid for at Norwex; a disposable scrubber that was represented to be replaceable. Worthless. Thank you for wasting my time.

Do not order from this company!! I placed my first order, it took forever to get a shipping update, then they said they shipped it to an address that didn’t exist. I tried to contact them. The phone number said we’re too busy, call back later. I went to the post office, they said it was not delivered, searched for the address listed and since it doesn’t exist I had no luck. I finally reached the phone number and the obnoxious woman said it was delivered and if I didn’t get it take it up with the post office. So I’m just out of luck. Never order from this company!! And you can’t find an email address on their site at all!!
