Purchased a VW Up for my stepdaughter from NCS. The service I received couldn’t have been friendlier and everyone I dealt with were very professional and courteous. Would thoroughly recommend.
First Class service from Lewis and Steve, we put the wrong fuel in the vehicle and Steve in their aftersales department fixed it under there in house 3 Month warranty free of charge, just a wonderful service.
They are so kind, we will be back again when we need another car.
Great Service from Lewis and Steve. Lewis only being just 18 years old is such a well mannered and courteous and knowledgeable lad. We arranged to view a car near closing as I could only get there late and it was not a problem at all and no rush and a coffee waiting for my arrival. After viewing the car and going through all the paperwork there was no pressure to buy, in fact we talked about everything except the car and had a good laugh.
We both at ease the entire time and feel we will be in good hands with our new car. I might also add we bought one of the cheapest cars on the huge lot and felt we got the same service as if we were buying a luxury expensive car. Bravo and top marks.

We were looked after by lewis who answered all our questions and was not pushy at all, we are very happy with our car purchase, and will 100 percent use Norwich Car Store again in the future
Very friendly and they have lots of exceptional used cars, Paper work all sorted by them all done really smoothly
Friendly and non-pushy staff who gave us time to look around vehicles at our leisure before offering a test drive. Vehicle in great condition and good warranty offered as standard. Highly recommend!

Purchased a Mercedes C class here at Norwich car store and they took in my old car, I cannot knock the customer service from the staff here. The salesman Lewis was very polite and made it a very easy process for me to do this.
