The Best Customer Service

Daryl talked me through the process step by step. He made sure that I understood everything before I made my final decision. The communication was fantastic and Daryl was always at the end of the phone to answer my questions. It was the best customer service from the start of the application to the finish which was less then 48hrs. Responsible lending, efficient and excellent customer service Thanks Daryl!

Completely easy application process…

Completely easy application process online and Gary who dealt with me by phone was very professional and explained everything step by step explained everything to me. Gary was well mannered polite.. thank you so much definitely recommend to anyone

Customer service was second to none

I applied for a loan to consolidate my credit card debt into one lower monthly payment, which can be quite a daunting process, but the team at Norwich Trust were so understanding and friendly. Huge shoutout to Abbey, whose customer service was second to none when dealing with my query. Thank you so much again for all your help!

Extremely easy to deal with

Extremely easy to deal with. William made the whole experience almost pleasurable. I arranged a consolidation loan and all my outstanding debts were cleared by Norwich trust as part of the loan agreement. No fuss or hassle.
