Total Scam, I can't believe i fell for it, i usually read lots of reviews and wish i had thats a £150 down the toilet. Ordered a washing machine, its been a month since ordering, I realise i am not getting anything, you wonder how these Knob heads get away with it. My fault for not properly checking them out, its just gutting that these scum bags still have a website up and are allowed to continue to scam people.

Paid for an air fryer. Did not arrive. No response from 3 emails and telephone number is not recognised.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
They are a sham and should not be allowed to get away with taking money from hard working people when they know they are not going to fulfill their commitment.

Delivery hasn’t turned up on expected delivery date and I cannot get through to the sales team. Tracking details disappears and then reappears.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM HERE.
Scam scam scam. Placed a order for Ninja airfryer and it never arrived and the company never replied to any emails. Luck for me i got a charge back from my card. DONT RISK IT.

Just an update since putting card details here our card has been scammed and attempted to use in Canada and the USA this company is currently under investigation with our bank hope it gets sorted soon

Fraudulent company - I never received the item I ordered and could not contact them by phone. One response from so-called ‘customer services’ on email which meant nothing as there was no follow up and no further communication when I tried to find out when the item would be delivered. Fortunately my credit card company reimbursed me and have full details.

Absolute scam. Take your money, give you a tracking number then never hear from them again. Got credit card company to get my money back.

Scammers! Do not send them any money. Once you have paid you will not hear from them again. My bank are on with getting my money back.

Ordered a Samsung AI Energy. 30 days later it have not arrived. Phone number (which is a mobile) is not connecting. Not responding to emails. Scam site by the looks of it.

I ordered months ago a washing machine for myself and my family, but like everyone else I didn't receive it, number doesn't exist, n the delivery address is a flooring company? No reply on any of the email addresses either. Well u scamming scumbags, I hope ya happy taking advantage of people who are just trying to live there life. Here's an idea, if your needing money. GET A JOB.

I have just placed an order through this company and as others have said, delivery does not move beyond ‘on way’. No response from emails sent and phone number does not exist as it doesn’t connect and just ends. Please be aware as I have contacted my bank for a charge back to find this company has put a recurring transaction on my account, which has now been blocked!!

So I've fell for this hook line an sinker. Ordered a washing machine a month ago and its not been delivered. I cant cant in contact with the company at all. Hoping my bank will help ne retrieve my money. Do not use this company. Scammers!!!

If I could do minus stars I would. Ordered a tumble dryer for my daughter as a gift as her one broke down. Should of been delivered last week. Have tried emailing delivery company and Norxstore and they are ignoring me. The mobile number for Norxstore is wother switched off or unavailable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY . AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wish I'd read reviews on here before dealing with them. Like others on here, I was promised an approximate delivery date, and only a couple of days after my purchase, was informed that the washing machine had left them, and was with courier. The status of tracking didn't change, up to, and beyond promised date. It was always "on way".
I could not contact Norxstore, the transport company, or the people my payment was actually made to. They were "MRCLEDUK"
Avoid them like the plague, crooks and conmen. My bank has since reimbursed me, and pursuing them.

SCAM !!! DO NOT BUY !

Washing machine purchased from website. Never received the machine. The contact details are discontinued or ping back. Reported to trading standards. Please be wary of using.
