***** AVOID AT ALL COST *****

Ordered air fryer item on main website.

When clicking button to pay for item I was taken unknowingly to a different website to make payment.

I received a further email containing a link to make the payment again!!!

Contacted my credit card company who confirmed that,

1. Original payment already authorised their end
2. Apple Pay payment method authorised the payment
3. Payment was made to a different named person

My credit card company alerted me to a potential scam and blocked the transaction, cancelled my card and Apple Pay. They are escalating this matter to their fraud team.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Had to chase my order multiple times as the tracking provided didn't work. Only to be told my order has been cancelled after waiting weeks.

Ordered an airfryer from Norxstore in UK.
Paid via the link but the delivery time did not suit my requirements. I requested a refund which I received promptly. All communication was quick. I'll re order again when i can be available for delivery.

I also have tried to order a washing machine from you, I have tried to pay but also their was no facility to pay,I emailed and it said an email was sent to me to allow payment, but no this hasn’t happened, I will take my business elsewhere,maybe to a company who cares, please sort out your payment method.

I tried to place an order. It told me click on make a secure payment. There was no such link on the screen or even the payment page of the website. I tried to call the support number twice. Both times it said number was unavailable. So I ordered with a different website instead. You need to sort out your website and phone line.

Scam website.. avoid

Scam website! Do not give these crooks your money. You will not get what you order. It is a scam, nothing else.

Solid experience. Ordering was simple, payment was secure, and the printer came as described. No complaints here.

Package arrived on time and discreetly. Will definitely use again.
