Had a free vape & 4 packs of pods for a trial, grateful for that. Tried it after work the day it arrived, lovely flavour, few puffs in the morning & it packed in. Fully charged, tried another pod, reset it, tried everything that was suggested online. Emailed but no reply. I didn't expect a replacement, some advice may have been helpful, i'm glad I didn't buy it.

no saint is a amazing company I originally had a referral and had a vape and pods free the flavours are fresh and light. and although I had problem with my vape they have sent me a new one free of charge plus dee the woman who delt well my problem was amazing professional and very kind thankyou no saint and Dee

This is seriously the worst vape device I have ever had in my whole vaping career and I've been vaping for 16 years the device keeps connected to your phone secondly the child lock keeps coming on automatically and will not turn off I would advise anybody that is looking at these to avoid these like the plague as mine has been that very very unsuccessful very annoying and very unacceptable I would recommend that people avoid these like the plague seriously this is the worst vape device I have ever had if I could rate it less than one I seriously would

There a good vape id like more pods bt find there a bit expensive foe one pod

Really nice vapes, ordered a few sets (got a little carried away as they’re such nice flavours and I wanted to try them all and stock up on my favourites from what I tried initially) and they contacted to ensure postage address was right (I have a slightly weird address), received parcel quickly with everything ordered and packaged well. Great customer care and quick shipping while I imagine very busy! Looking forward to nic free being in stock as trying to have a mix throughout the day but very happy with order. Thank you!

Honestly since using this stupid vape I’ve felt seriously unwell and I’m not the only one AVOID AVOID AVOID stick it to the branded vapes that you have to pay for I knew it was too good to be true I’ve felt unwell for a month now absolutely ridiculous this company should be ashamed!!

Loving the vape and the flavours, they dont leak , battery lasts a while....BUT 🤣 my vape was by my phone made me jump i was like WTF? Is going on, every time my vape is by my phone it loads up the website,this has started to get annoying....that's the only bad thing

Brilliant starter set! Gorgeous flavours that aren’t too sickly or overpowering, also a big fan of the NFC feature that allows you to access battery life and flavours and directions to reorder, and also the child lock feature. Delivery was fast and efficient, would highly recommend

Delivered free of charge. Thats correct. But then it takes over your phone. Whatever youre looking at the ad and site comes up. Stay away if you value privacy. Too good to be true is the saying and is very true in this case. Nothing is ever free.

Ordered a trial and my next day delivery got canceled not once but twice now. Imagine I was a paying customer.. this is absurd and I definitely wont be staying in for delivery anymore and wont be returning as a customer.

Still very early days as I've only had my vape for a couple of days but I'm loving this!! I've been dying to stop smoking for years and have tried switching to vapes before but they make me choke, give me a headache and I think they taste disgusting but with this NS vape, the favour I'm trying right now is lovely so I've not had a ciggy since getting it : ) As I said, its only been a couple of days but I think this vape could make me finally quit the cigs, fingers crossed. Also I was super impressed how you can just tap it on your phone and check the battery and to re order etc....great feature. So far so very good.
