Wow, never thought notaries could be this easy. I used to spend hours going back and forth with documents, finding a notary near my location, signing, then going back to get the documents...

It only took a few minutes, and I got everything ready! Never going back to physical offices :)

Easier alternative for physical notary meeting. You should dedicate some time for ID / passport verification process.

Actual people doing verification (somewhere in Eastern Europe?) can be quite unfriendly and curt. Did not have any challenge with notary himself- meeting went smoothly.

I was able to sign the doc for my tax rappresentative in literally 5 minutes from my living room.
It is amazing to see how it can be easy and quick to sign doc with the help of a Sweden notary for a Romanian company as an italian citizen!
Also, the notary assigned to me spoke perfect English.
