great program but annoying pop up

I think that the program is great and I use it every day but the one thing that annoys me is the (Oops! You are now connected to the Internet) Pop up. Really, is this necessary?

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us! We love that you think the program is great and that you use it to streamline your package intake every day.

You should not be seeing that error message unless your device disconnects and then reconnects to the internet while using the application. Is your mail room in an area that may be far from the wifi router or location? When you see the error message you're describing, the system is giving you the heads up that you're connected again and ready to scan packages in.

Please give us a call if you'd like to troubleshoot what's going on. We highly recommend you making sure that your internet connection is strong whenever you're using either of our applications.

We value our Notifii package tracking system. With close to 100 packages a day, this product keeps us organized and reminds residents to pick up their packages in a timely fashion.

This device is awesome

This device is awesome, If it wasn't for this device I would find myself logging and calling everyone with pen & paper by hand for those that receive packages. I would recommend this to the world of companies.
