Alapvetően a vásárlás rendben volt. A termékeiknél mindig van 20-25%-kal olcsóbb hely. Ezért is vettem a Golyós dezodor Aromatics Elixir (Antiperspirant-Deodorant Roll-On) 75 ml máshol.
Örömmel járnék csak Önökhöz, de ebben sokat segítene, ha fel sem kellene merülnie, hogy mint már sok éves ügyfelüknek nem a legjobb piaci árat adják-e.
Illetve örülnék, ha az aktuális kupont nem kellene külön figyelemmel kézzel beütnöm, - mint például most is.

Most pedig nem tudom elküldeni, pedig elvileg a fiókokban vagyok aktívan. Mi ez a gyakorlatoztatás…?

Expect the false perfumes, I'm always satisfied

Lehet utánvéttel fizetni ,nem túl magas a szállítási költség,akkor kapom a csomagom mikorra jelezték.Történt olyan(kb.2 éve),hogy törött volt a parfüm a csomagban,visszaírtam a sajnálatos esetről,és korrekt módon megtérítették az árát( persze megbeszélés alapján).Ilyet nem tapasztaltam máshol.Ajánlom az ismerőseimnek is.

Végtelen mennyiségű termék, kizßrt,hogy ne találjak megfelelőt. Jól működnek a szűrők. Komoly webáruház. Szeretem.

The customer service team is not focused on resolving the problem, but rather on closing the case as quickly as possible. They do not investigate what might be behind the issue; instead, they send a template response that essentially tells the customer that the customer is at fault.

They allow themselves to communicate in a dismissive and condescending manner during message exchanges. Customer requests are not fulfilled, and they are unwilling to provide compensation, even though the customer suffered a financial loss as a result of their mistake.

Nagyon szeretek a natinon vásárolni, most fordult sajnos elő, hogy a foxpost szállítás volt, nem is kaptam még üzenetet se és visszaküldték a csomagomat. Ez nagyon felháborított, azért rendeltem mert kell, most újra rendeltem, máshova szállítattam.

A webáruház egyszerű, könnyen átlátható. Valós érdemleges akciók vannak. Kedvenceimet el tudom menteni. Hűségpontok gyűjtése is vonz, hogy itt vásároljak. Bőséges termékválaszték van. Rendelés nagyon egyszerű. Talán több vidéki drogériában is lehetne ingyenes átvételi lehetőség. Szeretem.

I chose a gift for 80,000 points, but I didn't get it with the next order either. It looked like I put it in the cart, but it didn't appear there. I wrote to customer service, but I only got a template response copied from the terms and conditions. I tried to explain to them again that the machine didn't add it to the next order either, but they didn't really care about my complaint. The item was deleted and my points were taken away. The loyalty point system is a big scam!
If someone wants to run a loyalty reward system, they should do it in a way that people can use!
