My coach answered all of my questions…
My coach answered all of my questions about the plan. I have been on the plan for 3 weeks and only lost 2 lbs. She told me that we would be increasing the dosage after three weeks on this dose so I have 1 more week on the initial dose.

Customer for LIFE!
Nourished Natural Health is my one stop shop for all my needs in fighting my lean PCOS/PMOS symptoms. I love how Tam is so relatable, I look forward to her weekly emails and reading about the new research and studies on PMOS. I started using the Anti-inflammatory bundle two years ago and within two months I had a normal cycle (something I hadn't had since my very first period at age 13, I am now 30). I had received my diagnosis and was prescribed two medications. Turns out I was severely allergic to both and with no other treatment options available to me at the time, I was simply crushed. I had finally, after 15 years of struggling, found the root to all my problems and I couldn't even treat it. That's when I dove into the internet and researched. I found NNH and have never looked back. My cycles are normal and come each month. The acne is gone, mood improved, energy up, confidence restored. I feel the best I have ever felt. I have since used other products including the chocolate protein powder for quick morning energy, Vitamin C serum for a facial glow up, and am looking forward to incorporating the spearmint tea into my nighttime routine. I have two young boys that keep me on my toes, but NNH keeps me on my game. Thank you, Tam and NNH team, customer for life:)

Thankful for High quality supplements
I have used supplements from NNH for a couple years now. I'm currently just taking the Cycle Bloom, and love it.
The company itself has great customer service, they've always answered my questions via email in a timely fashion, and the owner Tamika Woods is so sweet, I have chatted with her personally via messaging on Instagram.
I have been working with my OBGYN since 2023 to be able to conceive. Started taking NNH supplements before that, I think. My husband and I conceived in December 2024, which ended in a miscarriage 3 months later💔, but we still keep on hoping and praying for another baby.
While I'm only taking the cycle bloom now, along with some low dose fertility medications my OB has me on, a healthy diet and living, my recent tests and bloodwork have shown no signs whatsoever of insulin resistance , great metabolic health, and in my recent pelvic follicle ultrasounds, they have shown great improvement over the last 6 months, and the ultrasound tech actually said this month that I don't look like I have PCOS anymore, everything is looking as it should on my tests and she thinks we'll be able to conceive very soon!!🙏❤️🙏
I'm grateful for all the research and years Tam Woods and Nourished Natural Health has put into making high quality supplements for PCOS ladies!

Pregnant after one month of bundle
I have been using these supplements for a few years. I’ve used the AndroEase. This last month, I did the bundle with AndroEase Plus, GlucoseEase, and Cycle Regulation + Ovulation. I am pregnant with our second child! I honestly never thought this would be possible to for me without fertility treatment.

Beware of Subscription
There needs to be more communication regarding the monthly subscription. I got charged again one month after I bought a 6-month supply, emailed them immediately, and they didn’t respond until hours later saying it was too late.

I’ve already explained everything that went wrong. This company does not care about women, just about making money. What a scam too, I know they secretly put the subscription button in there so we would get confused and then it looks like us as customers did it on purpose. And then the refund policy is such a scam, if these pills messed up my body why the hell would I want store credit to continue shopping here!?! What a SCAM! Absolutely NO care, no Compassion, I was fooled but not again. Shame on this company and the people who run it, just seems like an easy way to take advantage of women who are scared and suffering and just want help.. Never again will I shop here or trust these freaking websites/companies. And what a joke how overpriced everything is, yeah thanks for taking advantage of us.

Amazing Customer Service
I purchased a new product and was honestly nervous due to a complicated chronic illness that could potentially react to the product. Unfortunately that did happen but the Nourished Natural Health team provided incredible customer service and their naturopathic doctor also provided information that could potentially help me with my health without the supplement I reacted to. Which gave me hope that I could still make improvements in my health. Overall, my experience made me trust their products and their customer care more than expected.
