Yoga Breathing
I recently completed the Yoga Breathing Course with Alison, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. After researching breathwork, Alison came highly recommended, and I was drawn to the option of a one-on-one experience. Despite my usual tendency to stay within my comfort zone, I took the plunge, and I’m so grateful I did.
Alison creates a warm, welcoming, and safe space to explore and learn. It’s clear she genuinely cares and has a deep passion for what she teaches, which made the experience even more meaningful. She was incredibly flexible, happily adjusting the pace or session focus based on my personal curiosities. The techniques are simple to learn and easy to incorporate into daily life, as they require only a small time commitment. Yet, with minimal effort, the results are truly remarkable.
I enjoyed the bonus meditations so much that I subscribed to the full meditation library within the app. The app itself is fantastic—simple to navigate and filled with excellent content. It has become a daily point of reference for me as I continue on this journey.
I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my sense of calm and composure, and I’m convinced that the benefits extend beyond just mental clarity to physical health improvements as well.
If you’re considering this course but feel hesitant due to the comfort zone factor (or anything else), take a deep breath and go for it—you won’t regret it.
