We are sorry to hear you have not received your Starter Cultures yet. Although we make every effort to dispatch orders on the same day, sometimes this is not possible. The Starter Cultures are free postage, and sent via Royal Mail - hopefully they will be with you soon. I will look into this for you as well

Nourish Kefir has changed my life
Nourish Kefir has changed my life. Before starting, I was intolerant to many foods, now I am eating foods I haven’t eaten in over 4 years. Definitely recommend to anyone. It’s light, refreshing taste is perfect.

The best and only Kefir to buy if you want to feel better!
I love this company, they are so personable and friendly and I won’t go anywhere else. Nourish Kefir are the best. I discovered through my good friend Helen for my Mum who was quite unwell with her colitis. It’s virtually gone! I know for me it’s like giving me natural medicine my body needs! I’ve tried others and they simply don’t compare…they really don’t! Nourish Kefir love making their product and it shows, we try when we can afford to have it regularly and we love the Madagascan Vanilla…! I can also recommend the cultures to make your own which works out cheaper.. Nourish Kefir is the company I go to when I want to feel better and get my body back on track… worth every penny!

We really do love making our kefir - we pride ourselves on making authentic kefir in the traditional method of fermenting real live kefir grains in milk, and we nurture and grow our kefir grains every day!
With Nourish Kefir you can definitely taste the difference, and our kefir made from real grains has been scientifically proven to enhance the gut microbiome (our drinks were trialed on BBC's Trust Me I'm a Doctor!)

Excellent Customer Service
Customer service is one of those things you usually only notice when it goes wrong, but I'm happy to say this is one of those cases when it was exceptionally good.
I received a call from Aurora Carr to resolve a minor issue with my order, and since I was new to Kefir products, they were happy to answer my various questions. I've just placed my second order and no doubt there will be many more.

Such an efficient speedy service, I’m putting my faith in Nourish to help lessen the severe symptoms of IBS, such a common condition for many, many people and so debilitating.
Kind and friendly people to deal with who are prepared to go the extra mile with any questions you may have, I heard about this product through ‘The Food Programme’ on Radio 4, I feel it deserves to be more widely known, especially with anyone who is interested in gut health.
