Absolutely disgusting that this company is still in business. The previous reviews say it all. Products are nothing like they are represented on the website and the returns process is indeed a big hassle and expensive - not what they advertise on their website as 'hassle free returns'. Should be shut down. Do not buy from these fraudsters.

Update: they say below they will try to help! They have no intention of helping in returns or exchanges! They offer you a replacement at your cost to you for postage - to China ! the new item is as bad as the first - just stay away from this website.
You should be ashamed of yourself charging the prices you do for what is nothing more than items that you can buy on Shein but at least you know what you expect with them and the cost reflects this! Change your business model to something more respectful!!!

Looked nothing like the pics and refuse to pay return postage ( to china ) even though I didnt get what I ordered . So angry , would definitely leave a zero star rating if I could

SCAM! Don't buy from Nouvar
This is one big scam! Read this review as ZERO star! I ordered a purple blouse from nouvar to use on a planned outfit girls holiday. It said item will be delivered using standard Royal Mail and I had a little over 2 weeks so I ordered it. They didn't even ship until the day before my trip! I returned yesterday and struggled to find how to return. You have to send an email. I did this and even though I've so far sent 4 emails, a person called Olivia Carter keeps telling me about store credit and how their fulfilment centre is in China so my parcel can get held up blah blah blah! I've already told her I will inform everyone of their scam! Their website claims 30 day return policy but that is clearly a BIG FAT LIE! Don't spend your money on this site. Its a complete SCAM! They don't want to take returns so that policy is clearly a scam! I will report to trading standards too. This website should be shut down!

The clothes are badly made, poor quality material and took 3 weeks to arrive. If you want to return it you have to send it back to China with no guarantee it will get there.
They do offer you credit but the items are so awful you won’t want to buy anything else.

Cheap Chinese clothes you can’t return
Their clothes are made in china and look totally different and cheap in person. Not only that, they make it IMPOSSIBLE to return an item. I had to spend 20 pounds to return after multiple / long email thread to get the details on return. Never ever would shop here again

Do not order from here. The products are not what you see online. The quality is so poor and you can't even get a refund!£60 I spent on boots that said were leather. They were plastic!!! I can't even get a refund they said i have to pay to return them and they are in China and that the parcel would probably get held in customs. I should have done my research. Do not order its daylight robbery!!!!

Do not buy - fake pictures on site. Rubbish quality. Slow delivery. Returns are to China not Slovakia. Offered 10% refund then 20% refund. Avoid!

I would give minus if I could. I tried to cancel my order within a few hours after reading reviews. They would not allow it. I received the coat. It cost over £60 and it’s so flimsy and cheap, it looks awful and wouldn’t keep you warm. I tried to return and they refused asking for pictures, then it was a nightmare as they wouldn’t give me their refund process. In the end I accepted 10% back and to keep the awful coat. Do not use this company, it’s a rip off and a scam.

Under no circumstances use this company or order from them.
Took over two weeks to arrive, no return details whatsoever, repeated requests for a return address without success, shoddy, very poor quality garments which didn’t match the online images and a sob story at the beginning to kick the whole scam off. I am embarrassed at my own stupidity for not recognising it’s a front for shipping absolute rubbish over from China. I am out of pocket of course and I know from reading the reviews on here that I’m not alone.

Scam shop!
This is scam. I bought a coat which is thin, has a fake pockets and is nothing as described on the website. It is so cheap looking! It was supposed to arrive within 5 days, but was delivered after 2 weeks as it came from China, even though shop is registered in Slovakia.
I'm trying to return the item but they don't want to provide return details and advising that it might get lost on the way so I won't be getting the money back. It is a return to China and the cost of the return are on the customer's side!!! Never buy from this company as this is tricky and it is a scam! Lost money for nothing!

Poor quality goods
Order no 4318 I ordered 2 what I thought were wool blend jumpers, turned up 100 acrylic in the most horrendously cheap looking colours.i acccept it was my fault I should have checked out the company. I have learned an £84 mistake. I will never wear these jumpers other than for lounging about in the house.
I would like to think the company will re-emburse me,but not holding my breath.my order number is 4318
Well 20% offer, I have accepted because I don’t want a long argument,this means I have pad £66 on two jumpers I wouldn’t even give away, they are awful.

Please do not purchase from this company, I strongly advise you to save your time and energy. They DO NOT refund, you can keep the item as a gesture of good will!! Well, it's only fit for a charity I would say, or dusters in the house to clean with. I blame myself for thinking that the pictures would look like the item. VERY disappointed. I actually feel ill right now for losing money. Very sad and feel the company should close their doors. I have to give one star, but would happily not give any. You are asked to send through photos of yourself in the garment to explain just why you don't feel it is worth keeping. On another note, if you opt for the 10% refund they are doing well on a £50 purchase, they must be making an absolute fortune!! Clever business huh, two pounds to make the item, fifty to sell it and then five pounds refunded!! Congratulations Nouvar!! I see they have replied with a standard 'I am sorry to hear message' just as my notification for a £5 refund has been completed!!

Do not use this company !!!! Ordered a jumper on 1st oct. Paid £40. Shocking quality. Out of shape among other things. They offered me 10% refund to keep the jumper. I refused. I had to pay £20 to send jumper back to China which I did. They gave me false address and so tracking came to a stand still. All in all I lost £60. They are now offering £11 for good will. Don't buy from these guys. Item was cheap and when returning, had to be sent to China.
Their website states they are in Slovakia (Eastern Europe), however on checking Google Earth, it is a hardware store in that location.
The China return is an expensive gimmick where Nouvar are clearly misrepresenting by NOT stating that returns are to China.

Strong NOT recommended this company Nouvar. I have very bed experience. Waiting for my Coat 20 days, even in a order the advertisement was ,, arriving between 3-5 working days. These rip off merchants have many outlets, they are based in the Netherlands. To get your money back, you must inform your card issuer. It doesn't matter if it's a credit or debit card, or paypal! They will get your money back for you!
I do not need any help, my bank forced them to give full refund.
