Terrible....don't buy from this company! I ordered a shirt on Nov 15 and their website says US delivery in 8 to 12 business days. It's now Dec 18th and nothing yet. Contacting company yielded no response.

The ordering process was simple and easy. If you do happen to have any questions. You can email customer service and they will respond within 24 hrs. I'm very happy with my purchases and will continue to shop with them.

product arrived promptly and fit perfectly; shoppers from the U.S. should be wary of the international fee for credit card use.

Not worth the price...
The fabric is very cheap and the printing not well done. I could understand for a $9.99 jersey but not for a $40 one.

The shirt arrived timely; the tracking number was helpful; and the quality of the shirt is very good.

Ordering was easy enough and the t-shirt was delivered quickly. They had made an error in the colour of the shirt which was promptly corrected, and the correct shirt arrived quickly. Mistakes happen but it’s how they dealt with it that impressed me. I would definitely do business again without hesitation.

I ordered two shirts from this company for my husband. I have ordered shirts of this style and size from other companies with no problem. It took about a month for the shirts to arrive. They are too small. I contacted the company to return and for refund and they informed me they would only refund 20% of my order. The material quality was nice but that doesn't mean a thing if the shirt doesn't fit! I will be selling these new, never worn shirts on ebay.

While this is a US Company, my shirt was made to order out of China and took longer to receive than first communicated. Regardless, I wear a US large and ordered a large and received a large, however, it’s a medium at best. It’s too small to wear! I look like a sausage when buttoned! I rated 1 because there is no option to exchange for a larger size. The only thing customer service offered was a 20% discount coupon to order a larger size. No thank you. I won’t order from them again.

The alleged, "Nouvette" has no control whatsoever over the quality of the goods, which are shipped from China. If I had known the goods were coming from China, I would have never made an Order.

The shirt was very nice, but it was too small for someone normally wearing a xl! Not an XL for the guy I bought it for, it didn't fit. Very tight. Didn't send it back, hope to find a friend that it will fit. Ordered an XXL, waiting for it to arrive to see that it fits.

UPDATE: THE XXL WAS STILL TOO SMALL! EVEN THE SHOULDERS/SLEEVES WERE TOO SMALL!

No muss, no fuss. I ordered and it came in the mail. Nothing more is needed and it's say to have the most basic part of a process praised as uncommon in this country
