I don't normally write bad reviews, but I just have to share my experience in hopes that someone will see it and prevent them from wasting their time and money with these scam artists. I ordered boots back on January 10th. Their shipping policy states that each order is processed within 2 - 3 business days, and the average delivery time is 8-15 business days.
I am still waiting. I have never received a shipping update since my initial purchase. Also no further contact without first reaching out to them.
Twice I have been guaranteed a delivery date and twice without result. This has soured my online shopping experiences, and I am so disappointed that Shopify would be involved with this fraudulent company that I have un-installed the Shopify app.
I doubt very much Nova is a real company. They are certainly not interested my satisfaction as they claim in their website. I wrote one last strongly worded response and marked any further correspondence as fraud.
I have also given up on the boots I ordered. Please, do not waste your time or money with these fraudsters. I'd have given a negative star rating if I could.

I usually look at reviews but I didn't. I emailed them and they keep sending me a tracking number that doesn't work. I ordered boots in dec and never got them. I put a dispute in through PayPal l. Ugh stupid scams. Ripping people off their money

This site is a SCAM. I have been waiting for 3 months for a pair of boots. I keep asking, and they tell me that the parcel is with the delivery company. However, they cannot give me a tracking #. This company is full of CRAP!! NEVER AGAIN.

So bad . Just got the boots. What a joke. Better from Temu !!! They are an awful site. Was disappointed in Shopify that they supported this site

Waiting since dec 11 and they keep telling me it is out on delivery it is now Feb 21 and nothing I work hard for my money, and nothing I think this company is a scam and please do not order anything from there

Ordered months ago and order hasn't arrived. Emails are responded to quickly because they're system generated. Same response multiple times, word for word - completely non-responsive to my request for a full refund, which makes me feel like I fell victim to a scam.

I ordered months ago - they have not arrived - I have not had a satisfying response to my 10 emails - just a standard - oh sorry

This is the worst company ever. Promising your item is delivered and nothing much has happened since. No items received…just a bunch of worthless e mails from them saying it’s on the way! Don’t order from them. They are a scam company.

I placed an order mid-January and have received nothing further. I have sent emails to follow up with no response. After reading all these other reviews, I wish I had looked first.

Ordered a month ago and haven't received it yet. Terrible customer service! They just send the same automatic response every time. No tracking updates or anything. Thanks for taking my money and doing nothing for me. It's unfortunate! I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company. I feel now it definitely isn't. I'm assuming they never see these reviews as nothing has changed and they have a few bad reviews. Wish I was smart and read them before ordering. Save your time and money and don't order from them!

Like almost everyone else here, I ordered my items weeks ago, and was told most orders are received in two weeks. OF COURSE, that is not true - I have followed up with Nova Montreal and have been told that their "delivery partner" is experiencing delays, but they are not able to tell me when the items will be sent much less received.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY. Believe all of the 1* reviews, and hopefully you were smart enough to check reviews before ordering. Complete scammers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered before Christmas and still nothing despite a couple of emails, which they have replied to with exactly the same wording. I do not expect to ever receive my goods.

I ordered three pairs of shoes in December 19, 2024 and tracking says, "order ready" on December 20, 2024. Today is February 5, 2025 and I haven't received anything. I had emailed them 4X and they keep saying my orders are on the way! I also noticed they did not give me the right discounted price for ordering 3 pairs of shoes. I demanded reimbursement and for my orders. Can someone advise me how I can make legal action about this?

I really wish I had come to this website before and read a review about them before I spent $70 on a dress. I ordered from them in the first week of December and today is Feb 04 and I am still waiting!!!!! I don’t know how many email I sent to their customer service but each time I get the same response that oh we are sorry; we are extremely busy and but your order has been dispatched and it’s on its way. It’s delayed because of international shipping.. I was like WHAT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. You are in Montreal and I am in BC, Canada. It shouldn’t take 2 months to receive an order within the same country. Then, I requested for refund but no their policy is that they can’t refund once the order is being dispatched. They literally have no idea where my package….. it’s a complete fraud store and website… I am very very unhappy with their customer service …. Guys !!! Please save your money and DO NOT order online from
Nova-Montreal store.

Do not buy from this vendor. Still waiting on goods ordered in December. Each email reply has providing no resolution.

Guess I should have read these reviews before I paid for my boots I as well have been waiting for over 6 weeks for my winter boots and nothing has come. I contacted the seller Nova Montreal which is really a Chinese Company in China and NOT in Canada like their website says
I’ve been given the run around that the boots will be arriving in 7-14 days each time I contact them
I filed a complaint with PayPal to get my money back

If I could rate a zero I would, this company is nothing but bullshit. I ordered boots on Facebook site and I usually check reviews first but didn’t this time . I ordered them dec12/24 and still waiting, I’ve emailed them at least 3 times . They sent a tracking number that doesn’t work. DONT BUY, This so called company is a scam.

My order took 2 months to arrive, what was supposed to be a rain proof jacket is in fact a sweat shirt, I also ordered a sweater 3XXL fits like a large and the jacket as well a 3XXL fits like a large. False advertising on quality and what the items truly are.
