Needed flowers delivered to family 100 miles away, so researched best reviews for florists that would deliver next day, & as my niece seemed thrilled with her surprise, & they were definitely on time, then I was very happy too!

Order never arrived
Ordered a week before Mother’s Day and requested Friday delivery, received no dispatch email but when I clicked ‘view my order’ from the confirmation email saw a yodel link in the Thursday. This continued to say ‘your parcel will be with us soon’. Called on the Friday and was told if nothing comes on Saturday to let them know - they are closed at the weekend so this wasn’t helpful to get it resolved for Mother’s Day. Yodel said to contact the sender as they didn’t have it, Novablooms said yodel have lost it. Ended up having to get a refund and buying my mum a belated Mother’s Day orchid elsewhere. Very disappointing.

We are sorry to hear this as I can assure you we did dispatch all orders on time but it looks like this was lost in transit.
I can see that as soon as you brought this to our attention we rectified it and refunded you in full.
We are sorry that it was not delivered in time for Mothers Day, especially after such a hard year for everyone.

Completely wrong flowers arrived on Mother’s Day. Also dead!
I was told that they were healthy but they were the wrong flowers, clearly from the picture they were definitely not healthy.
Managed to get a refund, but will not order from here again sadly.

I can see you did receive slightly wrong flowers as you ordered the white prince tulips but we sent the white parrot tulips. I can assume this was just down to human error, which I passed onto the team to keep a closer eye on for the future.

Plant was for Mother’s Day
Plant was for Mother’s Day. Arrived with a lot of flowers that had fallen off in transit. Now the leaves have gone yellow and it’s pretty much dead!!!!
After reading my review Nova Blooms UK went out of their way to solve the issue for me. I was offered a full refund or a replacement plant. I chose the replacement plant, which arrived the next day and was very good quality. They solved the issue very quickly and efficiently and I will definitely use them again due to this. Some companies I have dealt with in the past have been reluctant to rectify the problem. But Nova Blooms UK did a fantastic job.

Fabulous! I purchased an orchid as a gift for a friend and I was very impressed with the next day delivery to the remote location where she lives. It came beautifully packaged and she was thrilled. Totally inexpensive too for the quality. Thank you very much - I will definitely be shopping with you again.

Nice flowers and good choice of delivery days. But adding new addresses and the checkout process is a bit tricky. Nearly gave up a few times!
