Product was lovely and delivery no problem. The only criticism is that I ordered a Vnda orchid and you sent care instructions for every type of delivery and those for the Vanda weren't very clear. As my mother is 90 this caused a lot of confusion and didn't help the ongoing health of the plant.

Lovely white orchids. So elegant and my friend loved them. Lasted ages.

NovaBlooms always provide the most beautiful, fresh and good quality flowers. They always match as best as they can the pictures displayed and having purchased them for family and friends as well as myself, we have not been disappointed.
I would happily recommend them for quality and value.

This is a great company in most ways including the quality of the plants. The only issue I have with it is they keep calling me by my father-in-law's name (the recipient of the orchid I bought) despite saying they will change it!

I have sent flowers to several friends, all have said how fresh they were & how long they lasted. I have also found that the prices were very competitive against other florists.The customer serv\ice is excellelent Was 'phoned to ask if a day later would be alright as the flowers would be much fresher the next day.

This was my first purchase from Nova Blooms won't be my last the Vanda Orchid is beautiful & healthy was very well packed for its journey & arrived as promised by courier the next day very Happy Customer

The orchids that I bought were more expensive than flowers I normally buy, but they were spectacular, and arrived so fresh that they were still in the vase three weeks later... Now that is good value.

Also, I have never seen these orchids on sale anywhere. They looked hand painted... Amazing.

I was looking for Orchid plants and looked on Interflora but they were very expensive and limited choice. I carried on searching and found Novablooms and so happy I did as the Orchids were even better than the photographs, excellent price and free delivery I will not hesitate to return. Fantastic quality Singapore orchids ordered and delivered promptly as a gift, packed and sent with water cones to ensure orchids arrived in top condition. Very happy, easy to order and kept informed of delivery.

We ordered flowers to be delivered to Northern Ireland however the carrier informed us that the flowers had been held in England, we believe for some sort of export information from Nova. Unfortunately, they were closed for the weekend and the flowers did not arrive in time for the special birthday
Although we were upset by the late delivery, Nova refunded the total cost, even though the flowers when they did arrive were in good condition.
Their website did say mainland UK, and they are going to make clear now, on their website that they do not export to Northern Ireland
We have received flowers from then in the past, and have always been very satisfied.
Experiencing the quality of their customer service we will certainly use them again

I ordered in good time but was very disappointed to receive a voicemail at 18:30 on the evening before delivery date to advise that they couldnt fulfill my order of 50 yellow freesias - I had no chance to arrange anything else - it was for a 90th birthday gift.

Excellent service and beautiful orchids promptly and speedily delivered.
