Like other reviews, I and my spouse concur that Paul and Alan are very knowledgeable, personable, able, patient, and caring. We feel very comfortable and trust that they have our best interest at heart. As we can speak with Paul and/or Alan at any time, as their service to customers is more than just a phone call, it is an engagement in learning what you really don't understand; they go above and beyond!
And although given a five-star rating, there is always more to learn. As everything in life is not a constant like death and taxes (not to be morbid), and I know without a doubt that Paul and Alan's knowledge and experience will continue to grow as well as your investments.
We feel like we have gotten to know them beyond their title and occupation - our relationship is golden!!
