Bunch of scammers sent none of the items that was advertised and won’t do returns, Big!!! Scammers!! Do not purchase anything from there

Ordered the Cloud shoes from Novasense Usa. The shoes arrived and the smell was so bad I had to leave them outside my house. They were also not as described. I ordered the cloud shoes and they were just cheap knock off shoes. Novasense runs under ROSS USA so you think your getting them from a different company. They also charged me 29.99 for a VIP membership that I knew nothing about. I looked back at my first order and I did not sign up for anything but I was being charged for it. Contacted Customer service and received a run around for weeks. When I contacted them to return the shoes I received no response. Stay far far away from this company.

This so-called company is a downright scam! I ordered two (2) pair of shoes. One black size 9 and one tan size 9. They sent two tan pair size 5.5. When I received my confirmation e-mail, I realized that they had the order wrong. I sent them an e-mail right away stating the mistake. Never heard back from anyone. When I got the shoes of course the mistake had not be fixed. They won't let me return them and get what I actually ordered because they were on sale. I spent $56.96. So I have two of shoes that I cannot wear and have to eat what I spent! Terrible, terrible way to conduct business.

Do not purchase from them. The say they have 100% guarantee and they do not. Products are poor quality.

IWAS STUPID FOR FALLING FOR THIS AND NOT LOOKING AT REVIEWS.

Scam website!! These shoes are not the cloud brand shoes but some cheap Chinese knock off. The sent two of the same colors and would not respond back to my emails about the shoes not being as described and fake. Requested a chargeback from my bank and they claim they sent the shoes and emailed me and I did not respond back to their emails. Liars. I messaged multiple times about the shoes not being the cloud brand. They now have a new website. Same ad but under a different name: Ross USA

Ordered a pair of shoes and never received them. Website is gone and they keep sending emails about tracking the package. Now it says package was sent back to sender. I have requested a refund but I am sure it will never be returned.

SCAM all around--nothing like the pictures ordered 2 pair no way to even communicate w supplier--none of the websites pull up---I will report to Facebook and the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE

What I bought and what I received aren’t even from the same planet. These “Shoes” look nothing like the pictures. Sizes aren’t correct. Soles are very cheap, like cardboard and I can’t even get them on to see how uncomfortable they might be. Fake suede or whatever is so cheap and not what is pictured ! Ordered 3 different colors received 3 of the same color. So bad! Website no longer works. Total scam.

Shoes look nothing like the pictures. Sizing is not correct. Soles are very cheap and not comfortable, material is very cheap and not what was pictured at all. Ordered 2 different colors received 2 of the same color. They are something you would expect from Temu. And of course now the website link doesnt work!! Not worth the money.

Ordered shoes, inferior product looking nothing like advertised. Emailed customer service 4x to get return info and no response from my emails. No contact number only email
