I had the pleasure of dealing with Kathy Rea. I have never met her before. We ordered a custom product and she was there for us throughout the process. No matter how much I bugged her she was patient and extremely helpful. She did whatever needed to be done.
I highly, highly recommend both NovaVision and specifically Kathy.

I needed a fast turnaround on a product with fast shipping to the UK. The whole order, start to finish, was dealt with very professionally and efficiently. I will certainly be making a re-order.

You had exactly what I wanted. Several email communications were nice. I think you should reduce your shipping charges. I received my 100 holograms in an 8x8x5 box and they could have been sent in a regular sized envelope for 49 cents. Yes, you sent me 100 holograms that are the size of a folded up dollar bill in an 8x8x5 BOX and charged $9.75.
Also, the description said it was a roll of 100 and I received 5 sheets of 20. I don't care, but someone might.
You still get a 5 star rating!! Thanks.

The pre-laminated hang tags work perfectly for the school district I work at. NovaVision has a great tutorial video for laminating the tags on their site, which helped a lot. Overall, great product, decent price.

Ordered padlock seals for the second time thru this company and they are the ones that had the best price, that's why I bought them. But the shipping was awesome it was here in a matter of days not weeks like some companies.

Im a returning customer, and I had ordered a product that I had begun to run low on, kathy from novavision called me, was amazingly friendly, and asked me if I wanted to re-order new stock. I had asked to call me back in 1 month as I had enough product left to last me that duration, and one month to the day, she called me back and my order was processed that day. This company is incredibley friendly and easy to deal with and I would recommend them to any business or individual requiring product and service they provide.
