I’ve been using Reta for around 6 weeks now, and I’ve lost 17 pounds in total! I’ve seen a huge improvement in symptoms I get due to my PCOS, including inflammation and hormone balance. I’m feeling that I have more energy, and this has helped me hugely along upping my protein intake and exercise. I’d recommend Reta to anyone, and I’m now looking to buy GHK-CU!

My first order I had an issue with the quality of the product. When I reported it Initially felt like the problem was being attributed to my mixing method rather than a potential fault with the product itself. The product was cloudy when it was meant to be clear, this was on both vials of the same product. This was eventually resolved, and a replacement was sent along with a 15% discount code for a future order. The replacement product was completely fine and crystal clear.
However, after purchasing again, I went to open one of the vials and the head completely snapped off. Glass fell into the product, which obviously rendered it unusable. This was clearly faulty — I’ve never seen anything like this happen before.
I reached out to report the issue along with picture evidence but received a very underwhelming response. There was no apology or offer to replace the product. Instead, I was told that my finger placement when opening the vial must have been incorrect. Unless I’ve somehow turned into the Hulk overnight, the vial was clearly defective. I’ve opened many vials before and never experienced anything like this.
Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and hole in my pocket. As a result, I won’t be returning as a customer.
I do have photos of both the first cloudy product issue and the broken vial, which I will upload.

• Regarding your first order: We’re glad the cloudy product issue was resolved promptly. As you noted, we sent a replacement free of charge, covered all postage costs, and provided a 15% discount code as a gesture of goodwill. We stand by that resolution and remain committed to ensuring product quality and you were happy with the outcome of this.
• Regarding the broken vial: We’re sorry to hear the vial glass snapped during the removal of a plastic flip top lid from the soft aluminium cap during opening. While we have sold over 1,000 vials without similar reports, we understand this was frustrating and concerning for you. Glass integrity is critical, and we take any report like this seriously.
We would like to review the photos you mentioned to better understand what occurred. If you’re willing, please email them directly to info@novavitality.co.uk with your order number. We’ll assess the evidence and, if appropriate, discuss a fair resolution.
We appreciate you giving us a second chance with your follow-up order, and we regret that this recent experience has left you disappointed. If you’d like to discuss this further, I’m happy to speak with you personally.
