I ordered. Paid the protection cost. It never arrived. Finally got a hold of someone and they refunded instead of sending me whet I ordered. They didn’t even refund my purchase of insurance to protect me from this. Feel like they just like to scam people. Without the insurance I would have not gotten a refund at all. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

The notebooks are not sturdy compared to the wallets. My hardback notebook had a broken, unglued spine and I had to tape several pages so it would not fall apart.

I had a great experience with Novelbookstore. The product is amazing and the quality exceeded my expectations. I accidentally entered my international address instead of my U.S. address, so I contacted customer service to fix the issue. They replied in about 30 minutes and helped me resolve everything immediately, which was very impressive.

Thanks to their quick support, the item arrived on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend Novelbookstore for both product quality and customer service.

Ordered in 2020 and never received. Its 2024. Scam and emailed multiple times over the course of months and never got an answer.

I ordered two book wallets, one of them had a default that could not be seen unless you tried using it. I contacted the customer service and explained the issue. They immediately sent me a replacement, and kindly added some goodies in my package (stickers, magnets, a card, a bookmark). Overall a really good experience. The products are amazing, really beautiful. I've been wanting them for a while, I am really happy with everything

Cool idea but the product feels cheaply made. That could be ignored if it wasn’t for the wallet being spoiled by having their logo stamped in a size that is massive compared to the size of the wallet. Really disappointed for the price.

Ordered a book wallet. It took some time to get it, but it was worth it! It looks so good, and the customer service was amazing. I got my address wrong, and they corrected it straight away.

Never arrived, no way to contact them apart from an email that goes no-where and isn't answered, looks like a scam site, do not use.

My mum ordered a book wallet in January. It's now April. She's emailed three times, used their contact box, and I've even tried Tiktok messaging them on her behalf (three times...) - no response to anything. Nothing. If they'd bothered enough to at least reply and offered a refund or explained the delay, we'd be a lot more understanding, but to completely ghost their customers is unreal. I'll update if they ever do get back to my mum but in the meantime, please do NOT order from this website, it's either a scam or very very poorly run.

Jeg bestilte fra dem den 30/12 2022 og har stadig absolut intet hørt. De svarer ikke på henvendelser, hverken via e-mail eller på Instagram.

Det virker som om nogen får tilsendt deres varer, mens andre ikke gør, så jeg tror ikke hjemmesiden er direkte svindel. Men de lader til at have et ret laissez faire forhold til det at drive en webshop.

Opdatering: Jeg modtog en mail om, at min bestilling er afsendt den 26/4 2023. Mailen indeholder et funktionelt link til at tracke min forsendelse, men jeg tør stadig ikke helt tro på, at jeg faktisk modtager min bestilling.

Bought 2 wallets, paid $72 for them and when they arrived I saw that one of them came with a defect! I can't use the wallet. Some of the card slots are glued together or something. Sent MANY emails and DMs, for 2 weeks and got ZERO response! Very disrespectful way to threat paying customers. I even spammed their Instagram page and nothing. I just want my wallet. Simple as that!

I even tried to get a refund from Paypal but they don't recognize their website. It's the strangest thing. Never had this problem before. Very shady!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM because they won't reply you.
