Very please with top I ordered but at the time of ordering didn’t realise it was shipped and made in China and delivery was very slow

The product is good but the delivery time is to long.

Towels came in a lightweight container which has a handy clip on it. They work well. Delivery took nearly four weeks which was disappointing.

Easy to do, delivery was quick payment was simple

The tops are not true to british sizes.ive got 2 of no use to me. They are very smalli ordered 5xl thinking they would fit but far to small.i gave 1 to my daughter still a little tight but wearing it .i cant get it on.am i ablebto return them 2.

After placing my order I discovered that an incorrect amount had been debited from my account. After raising the matter my account was credited with the overcharge after a few days.

One of the items was broken, disappointingly.

It was difficult to track my delivery because I did not know which courier company was being used.

It took so long to be delivered I didn't think it would be but quite happy with the item

The cooling mat only just arrived yesterday so not had time to use it for my dog, but it looks nice.

Ordering easy, long time getting here. Cat not interested in it at all

One size only socks were very small

I am very pleased with my order well made and quick delivery

Just as described, reasonable price and arrived quickly. Ideal size for small dogs and has definitely helped our maltipoo when the temperature has been high.

This towel really works again and again!

Whilst sitting in my house I did not know I had my delivery. Doorbell works and as was in a knock on the door would been good.

I ordered two dog cooling mats. Tracking the order tells me that it has been delivered, when in fact it has not been delivered (to my address, anyway).
Very little help from Novevio, so I have paid in good faith but have received nothing.
I would suggest that you do not touch this company with a ten foot pole.

As of 20 July 2026, I can now confirm that a package was delivered on 16 July, containing two pairs of reading glasses! But no sign of the cooling mats.

Excellent service and very helpful and supportive and professional and very happy with the product ☺️
