This company built a wet-room for us, but didn’t waterproof it. So the room they built was unsafe and unusable - we had to have the whole thing ripped out and rebuilt by a competent contractor. They never offered to repair it or compensate us. They actually kept demanding that we pay the contracted price in full. Their electrics electrocuted us, and they caused £1000s of damage to the rest of our house too. We have had to sue them for their defective work. The court found in our favour and said that Novo had been “wholly negligent” and must pay us £50,000 in damages. We deeply regret ever trusting this company with our money and our home, and we only hope that we can save other people from doing the same.
PS: the two 5-star reviews from Nonahalls just happen to share a surname with the company director, Mahdi Nonahall. I very much doubt these are genuine, independent reviews.
