The product is excellent and the company has been extremely good at responding to any questions and issues I have had. I definitely recommend Novoglan.

Have problems with inserting the balloon where it needs to go, once inserted as in all of the cases where I used the thicker white balloon it would pop midway through my treatment, I only gave the bulb one squeeze that was sufficient to inflate it, the replacement thinner balloons are hard to work with the application stick sticking to the inside of the balloon and not inflating properly, I use the the treatment every day as directed and not getting the promised results, I would not recommend using this, I will have possible procedures to alleviate this tightness.

The only thing that works this well. Totally worth the money and effort. For anyone on the fence, considering the cost, its absolutely worth the money and does work wonders. Particularly the silicone balloons. Such a genius design.
