I cannot thank enough Kitti Pichler and Bianca Bendra of Novum Publishing for all the valuable advice and attention to detail they gave to getting my book 'They paid The Ultimate Price' published. Nothing was too much trouble as they guided me through the whole publication process. Needless to say I am delighted with the final result. I would thoroughly recommend Novum Publishing and would certainly use them again.

And again I would like to thank Novum for publishing my third book "Life of Cell". I am especially thankful to Kitty Pinchler who has been supporting me through the whole process. I believe that novum publishing house has become THE expert for new authors and has won numerous awards.

Working with Novum has been a blast from start to finish. Their constant support throughout has made an otherwise difficult journey that much more easy. Their professional standards have been maintained throughout and delivered results that have far exceeded our expectations. As a new book author, my recent experience with Novum in London has been very good with a positive outcome

Panicking as I've just ordered some books and got the same error message! I've checked my credit card statement and there is no activity yet but I am so disappointed with myself for not checking trust pilot first! Should have known the prices were too good to be true.

I am awarding Novum Publishers four and a half stars for producing my first book: The Reasons My Mum Suffered PTSD. I consider this a very high rating because I am absolutely delighted with the quality, layout, presentation, detail and attention given throughout the process. I would like to thank in particular Valentina, Eszter and Elizabeth, my Author Supports who helped me with professionalism and excellent advice throughout the process. I would loved to have given them five stars but unfortunately there were some ‘hiccups’ along the way which meant they did not meet their contractual deadline. As evidence of my trust in them, they are now producing my second book ‘Our trip to the Battlefields’.
The problems arose because two Author Supports left without my knowing, and I was left for weeks in both cases wondering what was happening and getting anxious about the whole process. I solved the problem myself by ringing their Austrian office and getting new support allocated. I would like to suggest to the company that, at least every couple of weeks, Author Supports contact authors to update them on progress and to reassure them, even if the book is in a production queue: this would help to allay any fears.
I genuinely hope and expect to be able to give them the full five stars for my second book

I am very satisfied with Novum Publishing, the publisher of my book. Working with this publishing house was not only a professional and enjoyable experience, but it also helped me ensure that my book reached readers in the best possible way.

What made this experience even more special for me was the continuous and meticulous follow-up by Eszter Szabo, the person responsible for managing the affairs related to my book. She not only answered all my questions and concerns, but also managed the publishing process with precision and professionalism. I was delighted when my novel `Where`s the Detective` was recently published and the assistance I have received from Eszter Szabo and Elizabeth Prcha in particular.
It was a slow start to begin with and I had several Author Supports early on in the process, which meant I found it difficult to find out what was happening in the process.
However, the presentation and layout of the book was excellent and has received a lot of positive feedback.
My only other concern was the pricing of the book and postage & packaging, which I presume is unavoidable, but I know has put a number of potential buyers off.
Overall though, I am very happy with the progress so far and hope that it will be possible to produce a sequel in due course.

I'm thrilled that my book, "Social Insecurity Among the Vulnerable Group in Tanzania," has been published. This is a dream come true for me. By releasing this book to the public, Novum Publishing Company is providing an invaluable service to global humanity, particularly to the community in Africa and Tanzania. Making this book available to the public adds to the ongoing conversation about social issues and the quest for genuine and effective solutions that can improve social services and address the welfare needs of vulnerable groups in Tanzania. This book will challenge and stimulate academics, government officials, NGOs, and the community at large, prompting them to reconsider their roles in enhancing the social well-being of Tanzania's vulnerable population.

I was published on Novum Publishing not one single sale and they took $7500 dollars from me then wanted more money from me. Until I mentioned lawyers. Do not use them run !!!

After some confusion about who was looking after my account, the process was very satisfactory. In particular my author support person could not have been more helpful, although I had to chase up some questions from time to time.
The editorial process was excellent.

When I first contacted Ovum Publishing, I was very impressed with the reviews and my exchanges with the company. My contact was Elizabeth Prcha who was excellent, obviously very experienced in lay out, design, and editing, she helped me through the early stages . I then had Gergö Koloszár, again most helpful and patient in those last stages of the final draft.
Once your contacts have finally launched the book, It then becomes more difficult to get help and advice, as they have moved on the the next author. I would also suggest you carefully study the terms of your contract before deciding on a publisher.

Working together was very good. Let's hope the future will be even better.

It was not great for quite a while I had very little contact by E Mail with the first two Editors. However just when I had lost complete interest in the process, Gergo Koloszar took over and really spurred me on and kept me informed to the point I was able to ring him. So for me the four stars are for Gergo really.

I have been most impressed with the way Novum has handled my book, 'The Struggle for Power......etc' to date - initially with Bianca Bendra and more recently with Gergo Koloszar. In both cases, it has been a good and fruitful collaboration, notably in terms of the production of the book which really does look striking/appealing. The distribution and marketing aspects have only just been embarked upon but I have every reason to believe that the future augurs well in respect of both. I await the coming months with interest and optimism. My only other comment is that I would have welcomed more personal contact/telephone calls of reassurance rather than everything being done by correspondence/email.

The journey to reach my first novel being published began with Bianca Bendra, she was very encouraging and supportive and made me feel welcome into the Novum family. Congratulation to her as she went on maternity leave. Gergo Koloszar then took over and again the support and guidance was excellent and to hold and read my book was an amazing experience. Confident of continued support in future days.
