Via de Vriendenloterij gewonnen en een Nowa armbandje, zilver blokje met donker blauw bandje, besteld. Zegge en schrijven 3 x gedragen. Bij de 4de keer omdoen ging het knoopje los. Het bandje is te kort om een nieuw knoopje in te leggen. Rommel dus.

J'ai commandé une montre il y a plus de 3 semaines et elle n'a toujours pas été expédiée. J'ai contacté le service client par mail et via leur site Web mais aucune réponse !

Ich habe mir vor knapp 2 Jahren die Nowa watch shaper gekauft. Mittlerweile funktioniert die Uhr trotz Batteriewechsels nicht mehr und bleibt ständig stehen. Mehrfache Anfragen deswegen auch mit Hinweis auf laufende Gewährleistung bei Nowa blieben unbeantwortet. Kein Service!!!! Kann jedem nur raten: Hände weg von der Firma und dem Produkt! Ein Stern ist schon zuviel.

J’ai reçu ma montre il y a 4 mois, la pile est déjà morte, comment peut on créer une montre connectée avec une pile classique ?😳😳😳 c’est hallucinant ! Cela veut dire qu’il faut changer la pile 4 fois par an, voir plus! Et pour corcer la chose, ils vous écrivent sur la notice, qu’il faut absolument que ce soit un professionnel qui ouvre la montre. Résultat des courses, la montre n’est ni écologique, compte tenu du nombre de piles nécessaires, ni économique, vu que faire changer la pile par un pro, c’est à chaque fois au minimum 20 euros.
Je confirme aussi que le SAV ne répond jamais. Cette montre a atterri dans la poubelle, je suis vraiment dégoûtée.

Service is really bad! Never experienced something like that. Waited for 1,5 years to get it. No updates on kickstarter. I know Corona is not making it easier for companies especially start ups. But also if you lack employees you cannot afford such a bad service if you still want to be successful. After several emails (from March until May) I finally got an answer. (Delivery was scheduled for August 19) Then 5 weeks nothing. Finally I actually got two watches (not the ones that I wanted but at least I got something) Sadly one of them did not even show the time properly. Contacted the service got an answer right away to send it back. I had another question regarding the shipping - no answer ever since (it was in july if I remember correctly) The other watch that was working show the time appropriately. That‘s it! Smart features are reeeally bad, inaccurate. App is not good either. I would wish I could recommend, but no. DO NOT BUY THERE.

La montre que j’ai offerte à mon copain ne lui a pas plu, je l’ai donc retournée et depuis la réception du produit plus aucune nouvelle du service client et j’attends toujours mon remboursement depuis plus d’un mois. Pourriez-vous faire le nécessaire s’il vous plaît ?

J'ai retourné ma montre au bout d'une semaine car la montre ne me plaisait pas. Le service client fait le mort et refuse de rembourser. Est-ce normal ? Cela fait 1 mois et demi que j'attends des nouvelles...

Very cool design, but little bit cheep bracelet.

Acctually, it took almost 1 month to get the product(because of the shipping from France to Japan). Except that point, everything was great and even the kindness of the staffs were also awesome. I checked the condition of watch just after receiving the watch and there's no damage. I highly recommend this to all.

Long time to deliver, but in the end it works.
Pitty the application cannot interface with travaille or Garmin, or pPolar , to add cardiac frequency monitoring.

I bought my nowa watch a couple of months it looks good but I no longer bother to connect to my phone as none of the smart features work properly inaccurate or nothing not worth running the battery down

I’m very satisfied about my Nowa watch

It is a very nice watch but the smart watch functionality is poor.

Recording of sleep monitoring functions only by chance - sometimes the duration of the recording is wrong, sometimes the start and/or end of the sleep recording is wrong or there is no recording at all. Data transfer of the sleep behavior data to google fit does not work at all.
German operating instructions would also be desirable.
Communication in the case of operating questions or to clarify malfunctions (see above) is very slow.

Therefore only two stars

Très bien ! Nous avions eu une première montre défectueuse (l'Horloge ne fonctionnait pas) mais le retour et la réception de la nouvelle montre s est fait rapidement.
Belle montre connectée !

The watch doesn't work. The bluetooth is defect. And no answer of seller.
