The scammer sold me exactly 8 accounts, and they all got shut down within an hour. I spent a total of $500.

We would like to clarify the situation. The items purchased on our marketplace were fully functional and matched their descriptions at the time of sale. Unfortunately, the customer did not follow the product descriptions or the store’s warranty terms. We also have no way of knowing what actions were taken after purchase that may have caused the products to stop working.
Despite this, the customer still received a full refund for all items that became blocked after purchase. We believe this demonstrates that we acted fairly and in good faith.
We also want to note that communication with our support team was conducted in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, which made it much harder to resolve the matter constructively.
The accounts that they claim to be "for…
The accounts that they claim to be "for advertising" are not suitable for advertising at all, they have lots of issues, and are not the accounts as stated in the description of the product I purchased few times already. When mentioned that to the support, they are very rude, and then closed my account - so if you buy something - don`t complain at all or do not show any proof that you did not get what you were buying - they will close your account anyway.

It is a lie. The product was not as stated in the description. I have provided the full evidence ( I gave them screenshot of their description - seems like they dont even check what they write on their website ) and proved that the product is not as described. The product was not suitable for advertising at all, it had lots of issues and errors. The support is extremly rude when you even tell them there is some kind of problem or question. Definitely not a place to buy anything!

During our communication with the customer, it became clear that the issue was not with the products themselves, but rather with the customer’s personal expectations, which went beyond what was stated in the product descriptions and our store’s warranty terms.
We carefully reviewed the reported concerns and thoroughly tested the products again. Our checks confirmed that there were no defects or issues that would prevent the products from working properly for advertising purposes.
Although the products were fully operational and in full compliance with the listing details, we still issued the customer a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.
We always encourage buyers to review product descriptions and warranty terms carefully before making a purchase, and we remain committed to providing fair support to every customer.
