Not helpful at all, very behind the times and almost impossible to access your own money. The raffle seems a bit of a
Scam too, much better ways out there to invest your money. Also much more customer friendly organisations.

I cashed in some funds and they arrived…

I cashed in some funds and they arrived on time but you’d expect that to happen! I don’t understand though why you cannot get hold of your money over a weekend - I requested the money on Friday and got it Monday which I knew would be the case but I still think it should be quicker.
