They are scamming me; They are charging 10 dollars regularly without activating my premium account; and when I contact them they don‘t care at all. I am truly upset.

Do not make the mistake of using this interactive relationship provider. I have been using them for over a year and just now realized that they have double billed me almost every month over the year and triple billed me on two of the months. I emailed the customer support department only to have them tell me that they could not help me and I had to initiate a dispute through my bank that was after a week's waiting for response. I would avoid them at all cost as they don't seem to want to take accountability for the fact that they ripped me off. I have bank statements to prove that they double and triple billed me if anyone or NSFWCharai contests my claim.

NSFWCHARAI is completely pathetic
So I'd been using NSFWCHARAI for around 8 months now, without issues!
However recently from the 18-19 of October all of my chats suddenly vanished. Thinking it was an issue with my pc, I tired on my phone and with different networks but still nothing!
I then send an email about my issues and to my surprise after 5 days I get responses that my account was deleted!
AND ON TOP OF THAT! THEY HAVE THE GUTS TO BLAME ME THAT I DELETED IT!
THANKFULLY i never wasted a penny on that trash of a website! with how limited the responses are, how broken some of the characters are and how they provided poor responses
